Nice hotel in walking distance to UT. Clean but be warned the shower is very slippery and even after noting it was slippery, I took a hard fall.. Not ideal for small kids or maybe those with balance issues. I shared feedback with two employees who didn’t seem to care. It could have omen much worse.

Maddox was a great bellhop/valet great guy he is amazing and is a great addition and face to see at the front of the hotel. His service was amazing and it was great talking to him and hearing about his life here in Knoxville and what it is like, and how he is about to play college baseball. Such a nice guy.

Maddox the valet was so kind. He was very helpful with luggage. He also gave good food recommendations. Walk into a very easy check in process. Headed up to a room that was very clean and smelled good. Rooms very clean. Excellent drink selection at bar!! Bar tender very nice.

Nice place to stay. Too bad the hotel bar doesn’t open earlier especially in weekends. The valet staff are great great great. All of them. Friendly, helpful and fast! I can’t get out of this review so not sure the issue. Am I really forced to write a minimum of 200 characters????
