This is a wonderful hotel in a great location downtown. Be advised that if you are a World of Hyatt member, veteran/first responder and you book through the GOVX you will not be getting the complimentary breakfast. We were told that since we booked through this site and got a better rate that we would not be able to receive this World of Hyatt benefit.

It was nice to be close to everything Pillows were great beds were perfect Our room never got below 70 degrees we had it set on 60 took 6 hours for it to get to 70 from 78 Needs some work I’m sure we weren’t the only ones Bars were great and the people were as well

Cozy atmosphere, ease of walking to different shops and restaurants. Logan at the Gallery was an amazing bartender and very knowledgeable about the area.

This is a Beautiful Hyatt of you wish to stay downtown within walking distance of lots of shopping, dining, imbibing. Lovely accommodation, beautiful building, helpful staff. My favorite restaurant was right next door! It’s a Mediterranean restaurant called Ko-Pita. Do be aware of a homeless and panhandling element of people on the street at night. Police are on duty downtown though. Everything is wonderfully lighted on the street and nearby Market Square (entrance across the street) at this time of year.

The maid Laura was super nice and friendly! The rooms were very clean and quiet and the lobby is was very easy to work in. Will definitely stay here again!

We came for the Knoxville Smokies. We walked to a shuttle stop by Langley Garage and made it from there. Nice, safe and pretty area to walk. We shopped the stores near the hotel as well as Market Square. The hotel was in a nice spot. All the staff we encountered were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious. It was quiet! I often wondered if anyone else was on our floor. We never saw or heard anyone. Parking was tricky but the valets were on it! We would stay here again!
