The fold out sofa bed was covered in MOLD when we unfolded it. The sheets, blankets, everything had mold. Staff did nothing other than give us clean bedding - and that took some persuading to have everything clean. Additionally there were bags of trash in the hallway. I have never had a bad experience at a Country Inns and Suites. This was disappointing and disgusting.

The whole property is on the older but acceptable side. But the carpet in our room not only looked old (and frankly gross), but it was actually WET. I took my shoes off ready to fall into bed when we arrived at 1 am and I could feel my socks getting soggy. It may not have been the whole carpet, but it was a large area from the ends of the beds towards the bathroom. Tried to sleep and forget about it, but the humidity from the wet carpet was also annoying. If only one upgrade was done to this hotel, new carpet would make a huge difference. Beds were OK. Bathroom was clean and everything worked.
