Super 8 by Wyndham Knoxville East

The staff wasn’t friendly. We had to wait at the front desk for 10-15 for someone to come and check us in. When he finally showed up he said nothing. He didn’t even ask us our name, how he could help us, just nothing. He didn’t even tell us where our room was, we had to find it on our own. Just gave us our key and left. When we got to our room only one bed was made and we couldn’t get the tv to work. We finally got the tv to come on but we couldn’t find where to go to watch anything. Once my husband finally figured it out, we were watching a show and the tv started changing channels on its own, then turned off. We never were able to get it back on. Next, our room was a joining room and the people staying in the other room were yelling and fighting most of the night. So we didn’t get much sleep. When we checked out and again we had to wait for the staff, but not as long. When I told him (a different guy) what had happened all night he said nothing. When I ask for a receipt that is when he spoke he said nothing it would be on my phone. I still have not found it on my phone. No big deal for that. Again, our stay there was not pleasant at all.

Myrtle Beach Comfortable and clean enough to sleep. Recently pai ted althoug they could have taken more care not to be sloppy with trim wood. Racks in refrigerator are missing. Haven't found and bugs. It will do fofor 1 noght.
