Excellent service. The receptionist, Angel Singletary, was very kind and helpful. She went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. The hotel is very clean. Breakfast was very good and complete. The room was clean and comfortable (although the carpet needs to be replaced; it is very old and with several stains). Location is very good, with easy access to many places and good restaurants. Very safe. My wife and I will come back to this hotel whenever we travel to Evansville.

Check in was fast. No fridge or microwave in the room. Room was clean and hvac kept room at good temp. Breakfast was a real miss. Coffee was empty for at least 20min before it was filled. Bacon was the thinnest bacon I've ever seen. Breakfast staff barely spoke when spoken too...normally in other Hilton hotels they are polite and at least respond to a good morning. No doordash in the area so the hotel pushes for grubhub....couldn't get it to work it just kept saying unexpected error. I know that's not the hotel fault but just want folks to be aware it didn't work for me or my wife. I only stay in Hilton hotels....next time in the area I will consider another spot for sure.

There is not enough handicap parking. The ice machines don't work for the guest. The hot water for tea downstairs in the lobby was brown

Arguably one of the scummiest hotels we’ve ever stayed in. DO NOT spend your money here. Upon check in, we were informed that their “key system” was down and had to be let into our room by a hotel employee. We couldn’t leave our room without having to get an employee to come up with us to let us in. Did not feel safe! Also, when checking the beds, we found blood stains on the mattress cover. When we removed the sheets, we also found urine stains on the sheets. After calling the front desk, they delivered the wrong size mattress cover. When we called again, they said they did NOT have a sheet to fit our bed. They gave us the full size sheets again and said we had to make the bed ourselves with the wrong size sheets. We will be seeking a full refund.

I did not like the fact that I did not have a key card to my room the entire stay staff had to come open door for me and I had to wait several times to get into my room not a very good

No one could get a keycard, we had to be escorted to our room every time we left it. I was hoping to relax by the pool and read, however needed a keycard to enter. No one at the desk other than the lady with a line to check ppl in.
This was a problem they had no control over, however it was very inconvenient for guests. I don’t feel like we should have been charged the full amount due to the inconvenience of not having a keycard.

Shame on Hilton
Room was very clean and nicely appointed. The hotel’s server has been down for over a week and will be for some longer. Hilton should be embarrassed and offer very reduced rates. They also have flown replacement equipment in immediately—this is the kind of response one would expect from a Motel6, not a Hilton property. A front desk person had to unlock my room every time I needed to reenter it.
