Karen and her husband are gracious hosts. The place feels like a home away from home. The rooms are located at the back of the house. Total privacy very comfy very clean and lots of amenities. Knaresborough is friendly a d beautiful. Breakfast 100% per your preference and delicious

Fabulous B&B. Beautiful rooms, only 4 so lovely and quiet but only yards from the centre of town. Breakfast choice great and freshly cooked to order with top quality produce. Host are also lovely. Cannot wait to return which we will do soon. Highly recommended

Our room ..number 1 is at the front of the b&b...it's so beautiful decorated & lots of storage space for luggage. We've had the best nights sleep ever,in this bed..with the most perfect duvet that just engulfs you... the service is very good...Karen is very helpful & nothing is any trouble....the b&b is situated very close to all amenities....with a beautiful walk down past the train station & church down to the Riverside...the shops are a few minutes walk away.

Great B & B, the room was comfy and clean, plenty of toiletries, iron and board in the room. Fresh Milk is available in a fridge on the landing. Breakfast was excellent, freshly cooked to order. Location is great for exploring Knarsborough. Train station is a few minutes walk and we took the opportunity to explore York and Harrogate on the train.

Our hosts were lovely. Check in was easy. Parking was inexpensive and nearby. Breakfast was fantastic. The town is beautiful.
