I stayed one night at Kluang Hotel Riverside and found it to be a comfortable choice for the price. The bed was very cozy, even though the room didn’t have a window. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, which made check-in and check-out a breeze.
However, there were a couple of downsides. The water heater didn’t work well, and the lack of soundproofing meant I could hear music from a neighboring room. Despite these minor issues, it was an overall okay stay and good value for the budget.

My room is clean with basic amenities. Suitable for solo traveller and rooms are located only on level 3 & 4. The hotel is situated next to Prime Hotel with limited parking area.

Room and bed are bigger than my expectation. However, the soundproof can be improved. I can hear the heavy bass from the pub.
