We did not get the villa we were allocated and this previously happened to another guest. The villa was not on one level and the entrance opened onto the road which was worrying as we had a small child. The views are amazing and the beds were extremely comfortable. Communication with the company whom managed the villas was the worst I’ve encountered. A car is essential due to the location but everything is easily accessible

We were given a double suite with a pool! Three beds, two bathrooms. Very cost-effective. The room is just as described. On the top of the mountain⛰️.
We went there by ourselves, because the boat from Athens was delayed. So, we arrived at around 11:30. The last section of the road to the hotel is in the village, and the last 300 meters is on a wild road. It is as wild as it is wild. I was nervous driving. But it is really beautiful. The only drawback is that there is no microwave and oven. Other facilities are good. Toothbrushes, toiletries and slippers are provided.
ps, the hotel guy is very enthusiastic, I hope you like to chat... He even called after checking out. The guy feels like the owner of the house instead of a cow or a horse.

For a property advertised as luxury, the luxury was missing.
Outdoor lighting broken for first 24 hours.
No hot water first 24 hours.
No internet for entire stay
Front door handle pulled off when closing door.
No daily cleaning (no cleaning at all!) - an issue when you cannot flush toilet paper on the island.
Horse manure all up the driveway...

There was not a person at the property when we arrived. Our cell service was not working and the “villas” are at the top of a hill away from other businesses. We finally got connected to WiFi, and got a message to the property manager. They came out at check in time and gave us a key. There was no one around after that and we were the only people at the property. We asked the manager for a ride to the airport and there was no response that morning. I felt very unsafe being left there and making sure we were able to get to the airport that morning. It might be a great place to stay in the summer, but it should have not been available in the winter.
