衞生一般，走廊裏房間裏有一股味道。但是勝在便宜這個價格作為轉機不錯，離機場走路20分鐘。房間門沒有安全扣，需要用行李箱頂着。

The location is perfect for to go early to the airport, you can 15 min walking there. The check in war a little bit confused, but the others gast helped me. The price was ok, you are in Zürich Flughafen.

The hygiene is not good. I booked a double bed but was given two single beds. I asked to change it, but they said the double bed was gone. There was hair and dust on the sheets. I asked the cleaner to clean it, but they called and said they could only clean it once a week. They didn't change it for me. I contacted Ctrip every day, but they still didn't change it. Parking is an extra charge of 15 Swiss francs a day

The hotel's service system is very poor. There is no front desk, and no clear instructions on how to enter the room. You even need to send an email to ask the customer service to tell you the room number and password. I saw several people at the door who didn't know how to enter and sat cross-legged at the door looking for answers. The cleaning staff was particularly aggressive and told me that she didn't speak English and I had to give her a confirmation letter in German.
