Check-in requires manual input at the machine, which can take some time as all guest details need to be entered. The hotel is conveniently located near several supermarkets, with a burger restaurant right next door. There are a few 15-minute parking spots available in front of the hotel, and it’s also close to Kloten train station.

I took a bus from Zurich Airport to Kloten and then walked to the hotel.
The hotel was very clean and felt brand new, and in addition to towels, it also provided paper cups for drinks, making it a very nice hotel where I could stay without any inconvenience.
The breakfast was enjoyable, with a wide variety of cheeses, hams, etc.

It's very close to the airport. The breakfast is simple and delicious (16 Swiss francs). The staff is friendly and patient. The decoration of the hotel is simple and elegant. Drinks are provided in the lobby until ten o'clock in the evening.
The room was basically clean, but I still found hair on the sink. It would be more convenient if the room provided a hot water kettle.

It’s the cost effective hotel and the kloten train station is just 2 min away of walking. And Coop supermarket is just 1 min from hotel. So, the location is super nice for me. I can take the train from Kloten station and explore around Switzerland. 🇨🇭

This is the hotel that Ctrip helped me rebook. Because I had booked the Swiss Star next to the airport before, it was originally a 1.4-bed bed but ended up with two separate small beds. I contacted Ctrip and waited for an hour for it to be changed. If you arrive in the middle of the night, you will be very upset. Fortunately, I didn't stay in the original one. It was very troublesome and the environment was not that good, but you could cook and it was more like a B&B. This Zsleep is more like a four-star high-end hotel. The environment is very picturesque. We had a buffet breakfast and booked it in advance for 16 francs, which is a bargain in Switzerland. Because a supermarket sandwich costs about 8 francs. The black aunt who served breakfast was very enthusiastic. Self check-in requires filling in information.
