Wir verbrachten ein tolles Wochenende mit Freunden im Hotel Piz Puin in Klosters. Wir können dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen. Da stimmt einfach alles. Beim Hotel angekommen hilft der Concierge beim Entladen der Koffer und bringt diese auch umgehend aufs Zimmer. Der Wagen wurde anschliessend vom Concierge in die hauseigene Tiefgarage gefahren. Die Mitarbeiter am Check-In sind äusserst freundlich, hilfsbereit und arbeiten schnell und professionell. Unser Zimmer (Studio) war gross, hatte genügend Schränke, ein superbequemes Bett und die Einrichtung, auch die Beleuchtung, waren sehr ansprechend. Viel Holz kombiniert mit modernen Elementen, äusserst geschmackvoll. Auch das Bad lies keine Wünsche offen. Genügend Platz, moderne Armaturen und alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Save und Minibar selbstverständlich und auch eine Kaffeemaschine (Kapseln) steht den Gästen im Zimmer zur Verfügung. Das Frühstück ausgezeichnet. Alles da, was das Herz begehrt. Feine Müesli, frisches Obst, auserlesene Käse, wunderbare Wurstwaren und eine grosse Auswahl an verschiedenen Broten und Brötchen, alle frisch und sehr fein. Die zwei sehr freundlichen Damen im Service bringen auf Wunsch eine Auswahl an Eierspeisen aus frischen Bio Eiern aus der Umgebung. Verschiedene Säfte und guter Kaffee runden das perfekte Frühstück ab. Zum Apéro trifft man sich im Bär’s, die schön eingerichtete und gemütliche Bar mit vielen Tischchen im EG des Hotels. Erlesene Weine aus vielen Regionen werden dort zu fairen Preisen angeboten und dank der grossen Auswahl an verschiedenen Drinks finden alle etwas zum Start in einen gemütlichen Abend. Auch hier, das Personal äusserst freundlich, aufmerksam und professionell. Rund um das Piz Puin finden sich viele gute Restaurants, so dass man sicher nicht hungrig zu Bett gehen muss. Das Piz Puin ist eine Reise wert. Wir waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal dort.

I can’t rate Hotel Piz Buin highly enough. This hotel is doing an outstanding job in providing a high standard of accommodation in Klosters. The staff are unfailingly friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the best we found in eight weeks of travel. The pool, spa and sauna is spotless and beautiful. We traveled with a friend and we were all given an upgrade on arrival to a large studio apartment with fantastic village and mountain views. The room was so comfortable and the bathroom large and with a bath. The location is central in the village and close to everything. I would stay here again anytime.

Een mooi modern hotel midden in Klosters. Vriendelijke ontvangst met (indien gewenst) valet parking. Goede sauna (fins en infra rood) en welness met zwembad in de kelder. Mooie ruime kamer met balkon en geluiddempende ramen. Restaurant is niet erg gezellig ingericht, maar personeel is erg vriendelijk en het eten heerlijk. Goede bedden. Goed ontbijtbuffet.
