The chalet is really a great product. Parking in front of the door, storage space for skis and ski boots in front of the room entrance and a nice room. The walk to the ski lift is great at 30-40 meters and we also found the walk to the hotel for breakfast and dinner to be pleasant. We found that the restaurant still has some room for improvement compared to the room. The main course did not arrive warm at our table on 2 out of 7 evenings. We found the menu selection to be quite manageable, only the main course has two choices (meat/fish and vegetarian). We would have liked a few more options here, or a small 'standard menu' from which you can choose alternatively (as we know from other hotels on the Arlberg). I personally also missed a cheese board. We also found the wine prices starting at mid/late 40 euros for a bottle to be quite steep, as it is 'only' a 4-star hotel. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Hence only 4 out of 5 stars. A hotel with potential
