Het personeel was fantastisch, iedereen van de bar, de receptie, het restaurant en het schoonmaakpersoneel. Echt geweldige mensen, zij maakten ons verblijf uitzonderlijk. We verbleven in het chalet, dat boven de heuvel van het hotel ligt, op 5-10 minuten lopen naar beneden. Onze kamer was fantastisch - een prachtig uitzicht op de bergen vanuit ons bed. De sauna was heerlijk om te hebben, we hebben er elke dag van genoten. De kamer was goed ingedeeld met een kleine keuken die in de muur is ingebouwd en met deuren. Het ontbijt werd naar onze kamer gebracht en we hadden elke avond diner in het hotel. Het diner was super - elke avond het saladebuffet en een soep, gevolgd door een keuze tussen vlees of vegetarisch. De keuken is gericht op rood vlees, wat allemaal zeer goed was. Ze hebben ook een uitgebreide wijnkelder met uitzonderlijke wijnen. Stuben is een heel rustig klein dorp, er zijn hier geen après-ski feesten, behalve de bar in de hotels, die ook rustig zijn. Het was perfect voor ons, maar als je meer actie wilt, zul je teleurgesteld zijn. De restaurants in Stuben zijn allemaal gekoppeld aan een hotel. Er is slechts één heel kleine supermarkt die niet laat open is. Er zijn geen kledingwinkels of andere soorten winkels. Er is wel een skiverhuur/-verkoop. We hielden van dit charmante kleine dorp, maar als je wilt uiteten en winkelen, is dit niet de plek. Het hotel zou mooiere handdoeken kunnen hebben, de onze waren dun en begonnen uit te rafelen. De kwaliteit van de handdoeken kwam niet overeen met de kwaliteit van de kamer. Ook de bedlakens zouden van betere kwaliteit kunnen zijn en een extra kussen zou welkom zijn. Het ontbijt dat naar onze kamer werd gebracht was goed, maar we hadden graag servetten en vers sinaasappelsap erbij gehad. Ook was koffiecreamer gewenst. Een prijslijst voor de minibar in de kamer ontbrak. Verder is de kamer extreem warm, er is geen individuele thermostaat voor de kamer. We moesten 's nachts met de deur open slapen, het was oké maar niet ideaal. Er zijn zeker verbeterpunten, maar echt, ons verblijf was fantastisch en we zouden terugkeren.

The chalet is really a great product. Parking in front of the door, storage space for skis and ski boots in front of the room entrance and a nice room. The walk to the ski lift is great at 30-40 meters and we also found the walk to the hotel for breakfast and dinner to be pleasant. We found that the restaurant still has some room for improvement compared to the room. The main course did not arrive warm at our table on 2 out of 7 evenings. We found the menu selection to be quite manageable, only the main course has two choices (meat/fish and vegetarian). We would have liked a few more options here, or a small 'standard menu' from which you can choose alternatively (as we know from other hotels on the Arlberg). I personally also missed a cheese board. We also found the wine prices starting at mid/late 40 euros for a bottle to be quite steep, as it is 'only' a 4-star hotel. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Hence only 4 out of 5 stars. Mooie ruime kamer met eigen infrarood cabine waarin we heerlijk konden ontspannen na een dag skiën. De gewone lift op slechts 30 meter afstand zet je af op de piste waarna je verder het gebied in kan. Wij maakten gebruik van het uitgebreide ontbijt in het hotel (je kunt het ook naar het chalet laten brengen). Het diner was uitstekend en goed verzorgd. Kamers waren schoon en zelfs de afwas werd gedaan. Al het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Unser Urlaub mit einer Suite im Chalet wsr der Traum. Holzeinrichtung mit Zirbelholz, Saune im Appartment, alles extrem liebevoll genacht. Das Chalet gehört zum Hotel Mondschein, wo man Essen und Wellness, Bar, Disco etc. Mitnutzen kann. Das Skigebiet ist eh oberstes Regal - so passte alles perfekt. Danke an den Chef Markus für die guten Tips und die Kontakte zum Skilehrer.

Prachtige sfeervolle accomodatie jet prive sauna en openhaard, heerlijk onthaasten met prachtig uitzicht op besneeuwd Stuben. De parkeerplaats was evenbeen uitdaging met verse sneeuw omdat het wat afloopt, De wifi was minder, reset van systeem had geen effect.

We went to the mountains for a weekend in September for two and couldn't have imagined it being better! Breathtaking room with a view of the mountains in the chalet and everything you could wish for! A highlight is definitely the sauna and the breakfast. The staff gave us a very warm welcome and were happy to help us with any questions we had. We can really recommend it wholeheartedly. We would come back anytime and had one of the most wonderful days there on a hike to the nearby Kaltenberghütte.
