Wir haben 2 Tage mit unseren Enkeln verbracht.
Das Hotel ist für Kinder sehr geeignet. Das Spieleland,das Bastelzimmer und die Schwimmhalle haben uns gut gefallen.
Der Außenspielplatz könnte noch etwas attraktiver werden.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Als ganz besonderes Angebot schätzen wir die Großzügigkeit vom Hotel, dass man auch am Abreisetag noch alle Bereiche des Hotels nutzen darf und nur die Zimmer geräumt werden müssen. Das haben wir bisher noch nie in einem deutschen Hotel erlebt.
Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Hello, the service is excellent, the "bungalow" was clean and the bed with the great mattresses led to a relaxed sleep!
We had booked with breakfast and it was very extensive and delicious!
Only the swimming pool smells of chlorine.

The hotel is really great, the wellness area is rather small, but nice with a pool and two saunas and a jacuzzi. Unfortunately, it was also very crowded there. The staff is very friendly.

Die gesamte Anlage ist in die Jahre gekommen und muss in einigen Bereichen Instandgesetzt und Renoviert werden. In unsere Unterkunft war im Küchenbereich Schimmel an der Wand zu Eingangsflur, die Bodenschienen im Küchenbereich waren lose und scharfkantig; beim Hochbett im Kinderschlafzimmer fehlt es an einer Aufstiegshilfe (Leiter) für das obere Bett. Im Schwimmbad sind viele Mosaikfliesen nicht mehr vorhanden, so daß die Abschlußschienen frei liegen (Verletzungsgefahr) Am Wirlpool war die Revisionsklappe nicht mehr vorhanden und im Babybecken waren die Überlaufroste eingefallen. Am Spielplatz waren einige Spielgeräte defekt (z.B. Seilbahn ohne Sitz) und die große Rutsche konnte von Kindern nicht erreicht werden.
In der "Kinderspielhalle" War das Trampolin gesperrt (Defekt) und auch die anderen Spielgeräte bedürfen dringend einer Überprüfung. Für die Jahreszeit (Herbst) ist das Angebot für Kinder dürftig. Beim Abendbuffet gab es keine Kindergerichte und waren mit 16,00€ pro Kind überteuert. Der Preis für Erwachsene von 32,00€ ist nach unserer Meinung auch grenzwertig.
