Wir haben 2 Tage mit unseren Enkeln verbracht.
Das Hotel ist für Kinder sehr geeignet. Das Spieleland,das Bastelzimmer und die Schwimmhalle haben uns gut gefallen.
Der Außenspielplatz könnte noch etwas attraktiver werden.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Als ganz besonderes Angebot schätzen wir die Großzügigkeit vom Hotel, dass man auch am Abreisetag noch alle Bereiche des Hotels nutzen darf und nur die Zimmer geräumt werden müssen. Das haben wir bisher noch nie in einem deutschen Hotel erlebt.
Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Hello, the service is excellent, the "bungalow" was clean and the bed with the great mattresses led to a relaxed sleep!
We had booked with breakfast and it was very extensive and delicious!
Only the swimming pool smells of chlorine.

The hotel is really great, the wellness area is rather small, but nice with a pool and two saunas and a jacuzzi. Unfortunately, it was also very crowded there. The staff is very friendly.

Sehr schöne Anlage, tolle Atmosphäre und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Die Zimmer sind top gepflegt . Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist super. Hier kommen wir gerne wieder hin. Die nächste Buchung folgt in wenigen Wochen mit Freunden.

Die Hotelanlage ist durch das Feriendorf am Wasser richtig schön, nicht zuletzt wegen der Ferienhäuschen im Schwedenstil und der Hafenanlage. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig aber zugleich ist Rheinsberg mit seinen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und kulturellen Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell zu erreichen. Sehr schön ist das Foyer mit Bar und Sitzmöglickeiten. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet. Unser Zimmer war großzügig und sauber.

Für Wanderfreunde, ob zu Land oder zu Wasser , für Freunde der Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit aber doch mittendrin, weil Orte wie Neustrelitz, Rheinsberg selbst Berlin oder Neubrandenburg relativ schnell per Auto erreichbar sind . Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Angebot ausreichend um jeden Magen zu füllen, Es gibt einige Freizeitangebote besonders für Kinder. Man kann sich auch selbst versorgen in den Bungalows .
