I chose this hotel for a short staycation and it was worth the money. Very near to the shopping mall only beside the mall which has a lot of activities for the kids. Also the hotel provides a hot spring for relaxing and the swimming pool has a mini water theme park for the kids.

Clean and tidy. The bed was really comfortable. Family room with good facilities. Smoke free room available.You can made any special requests while booking.

The single room is very small, a very narrow single bed, a wardrobe, table and chair, and the bathroom is relatively small. There are no toiletries, but shower supplies.

We booked this place as we had a wedding at the glasshouse. We booked 4 rooms. Location wise it’s literally a 2 mins walk . It’s perfect and convenient. The rooms were poorly maintained. Lighting was really bad and the water in the sink kept running . The staffs were nice and friendly . I’d say you get what you pay for , so it’s a fair deal

The sanitation of the hotel is really bad. bed. The floor is very unclean and the toilet is okay. Hotel receptionist is not bad The shower water is hot enough, the water pressure is OK, the kettle in the room has a plastic smell, but there is a water dispenser near the counter. . . I stayed at a hotel without a hair dryer for the first time.
