Super 8 by Wyndham Klamath Falls

The staff was friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, there were some aspects of the room that could use improvement. I noticed some dark and makeup stains on the bedsheets, which impacted the overall cleanliness. The vanity lamp had a flickering issue that could be addressed for better lighting. Additionally, the room felt a bit dark and could benefit from some brighter decor. There was a lingering smell of smoke, despite it being a non-smoking room, which was a bit concerning. I also spotted some noticeable red stains on the wall that might need to be looked at. It would have been helpful to have more than one set of bathroom towels available as well. The absence of a "Do Not Disturb" tag made it a bit less convenient, and I found a leftover rotten apple in the mini fridge, indicating that cleanliness could be more thorough. Overall, with some attention to these details, the experience could be greatly improved.

From check in to check out 5 days later we were treated like friends. Our room was great and supplies were just right. Mattress was excellent, very comfortable. Wi-fi was a little iffy. We would highly recommend this hotel for your stay.

Room, bed was terrible. Unclean, no toiletries, towels , smelled, holes in walls, handicapped room was partially underground with limited window view, damp. Bedding was unclean/appeared used. When we were able to get a new room there were several sets of stairs - completely unsatisfactory . Handicap access gets the worst room? A stay that should have been a relaxing night for us turned into a difficult and unsatisfactory stay. We will not return but will we recommend to others. Even the hallways were dirty, stained and needed vacuuming.

Was suppose to stay for 2 nights when they lost power. Room temp went up due to no ac and all the fire doors on the floor closing. Emergency lights went out and my.wife and i almost fell down a flight of stairs multiple times while trying to find out how long till power would come back. After hours of waiting, at 930pm we decided we couldnt atand the heat and went to another hotel. Messaged the owner about a refund and still havent received one yet.

Not terribly new but in decent shape and while also a few miles from town it was super convenient and affordable as a rest stop heading north or south. Will definitely use it again on my next trip.

The rooms smell awful patched holes in the walls. It is very run down, typical of East Indian owned property
