房間衞生沒問題，但是隔音太差了，早上7點不知道是隔壁還是樓上，小朋友聲音很大，大人説話可以聽的很清楚，而且沒有免費的牙刷。

Great atmosphere, very calming! The staff are genuinely great. I highly recommend it! My girlfriend had the he RY pedicure, I had the NuCalm relaxation nap. Well worth the time and money.

We stayed one night in the lodge. Pros: Property is lovely and out of the city, which I enjoyed. The lodge is beautiful. Front desk check in staff were friendly. The room was large and I loved the decor, hardwoods and nice throw rug runner. The fridge was big and had a freezer which is always a plus! H2O toiletries were nice. We enjoyed several dishes at the Ruddy Duck restaurant onsite. My son said his soup was one of the best he has ever had. The nighttime outdoor dining was relaxing. Our server, although stressed, was pleasant. Cons: The room itself was clean, but the bathroom door was filthy. The tub did not drain while showering. The bathroom could use some decor! It felt so sterile and plain. The bed was not super comfortable, in my opinion. The restaurant was slooooow. I mean slow! It took nearly 30 min to get water and then forever to receive our meals. I think they should hire more staff! But, the staff were friendly and apologetic and that is always a plus. We didn't complain, the outdoor ambiance was nice and we weren't in a huge rush, but if you are hungry be prepared to wait a bit! Overall, I think we would stay here again as I liked the setting and the quietness outside of the city. reminded me of a smaller SunRiver.

We traded through RCI for a 5 night stay in a 1 bedroom condo. The condo was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, making it easy to cook. There was also a BBQ on the nice patio. The resort has great amenities. Staff are friendly and helpful. The negative to our stay was the $108.00 housekeeping fee. We were told that the fee was from RCI. Having traded through RCI for 30 years, I knew that this could not be true. I called RCI to confirm. The housekeeping fee is charged for any stay of less than 7 nights. If you stay 7 nights, there is no fee. This makes absolutely no sense. The WiFi fee is also a rip off. Your options are 1 device for 1 day for $14.99 or 6 devices for 10 days at $79.99. We had 5 devices for 5 days. So before doing anything else we were charged almost $200 for housekeeping and WiFi. Very nice resort. Ridiculous fees.

Made reservations through *******. They guaranteed balcony and mountain/lake view. Upon arrival, resort said no balcony and maybe lake view. After some discussion we moved to room with slight make view and small patio.after paying additional fee of $25. Room was disappointing because no more than a hotel room, and cost was over $400. Will not do this again.

Great service everytime! Karinne did a great job on my facial and the manager, Adrienne, is the ABSOLUTE sweetest! The quality of the service is unmatched I have been going for years, and will continue to! The products they use/sell are also really great.

We gave this place another chance. Due to the rudeness of the front desk staff, we will not be coming back. There is no basic training on customer service, being nice and having a smile on your face. It really makes a difference. Maybe they have some sort of bias against people of color. Because they were quite chipper to greet the caucasian man in his Titleist hat that was before me.
Also, every female that works at the Ruddy Duck, hosts, servers and bartender, were more interested in standing around gossiping as opposed to greeting guests. Literally stood right at the bar top in front of them for 2 mins before being regarded. The hot tub is worthless now that those jets don’t work like they used to. Overall not worth it!
