Allow me to suggest for improvement, but I will go again next time. 💕 The location is very good, there is a sea next to the hotel, there is a swimming pool next to the hotel. But what I would like to recommend is - The children's pool is not clean because tree fragments fall on it all the time, there is a lot of dust in the pool. - The walkway in the villa area has trees with tree fragments that have become splinters, causing both children and adults to poke their feet. - The room is not very clean, the bathroom smells. - The breakfast is not very varied. - Finally, before leaving, a small centipede came and hid in the suitcase, which my child was playing there. Luckily, my child did not catch it. I feel that the room rate I paid is not worth it.

The hotel was very clean, and the service was excellent. The staff were incredibly attentive, from the moment they took our luggage until we reached the front desk. They even provided a shuttle service to the parking lot, which was located across from the hotel via a somewhat narrow, long path. This minor inconvenience didn't bother us at all, however, because our room was spacious, the bed was huge, and we had a wonderfully comfortable sleep. The hotel also features a peaceful private beach and possesses a unique charm, all offering great value for money compared to nearby hotels.

Cleanliness - The room was fantastic, spotless in fact, 5/5. Location - I give this 3/5 because the hotel is located at a beautiful beach. However, the street around the hotel has nothing else on it (not the fault of the hotel obviously). The beach itself is beautiful, I will repeat, but only immediately in front of the hotel. The rest of the beach is very dirty. Service - This is where this hotel becomes a real disaster, and if I could I would give this section 0/5. We checked in around 11pm to 11:30pm. The staff came to the counter while watching a movie on his phone and left the movie playing full volume whilst looking for our key. After a very long process of checking the computer he led us to a room. He stumbled a lot on his way and appeared drunk. When we got to the room, he looked inside and told us it was already occupied. He told us that our room had been sold to someone else because we were late checking in and led us back to the reception where he walked off somewhere without telling us any more information. We stayed at the reception and used the bathroom facilities in the meantime. I also proceeded to contact trip dot com's customer support to let them know about the issue. After a while had passed he came back and walked past us to the bathroom. After coming out of the bathroom he led us to a new room and told us that this room was now available. The whole thing was bizarre and we were caused to worry unnecessarily by being told that we didn't have a room. I cannot think of any justification for his actions and it started off the stay at this hotel very poorly. Amenities - The amenities provided by the hotel were adequate. They included a bottle of water in the room. I do like when hotels provide toothbrushes and other smaller things so that would be the difference between me providing a 4/5 and a 5/5 for this part.

Novotel is a great choice for an out of town location. Breakfast can be improved ,beach area and water was great with lots of lounges around pool and grassed shaded areas at the beach.rooms are basic but clean and comfortable, hotel upgraded us to deluxe rooms oupon check in, there's a beauty of a restaurant across the road, very good food with cheap prices and lots of everyday items for sale,

A Great 1st Ever Stay - Breakfast Could Have Been Better!! Room # 1011 ~ 1 x Night ~ Booked via Trip.Com We WILL book and return again for sure :) Staff were AMAZING Professional, Courteous & Helpful on all interactions. Room was just like the Photos pre booking Online :) The Luxury Bath in the room large and TERRIFIC :) Hotel was Very Very quiet with not much corridor noise at all. Room view was amazing and very quiet - did not hear anything thru the walls. Very well equipped rooms. Our stay included the Buffett Breakfast :( Sadly we felt that the Food was Bland and Boring. I had the Eggs Benedict however it LACKED ANY FLAVOUR. We will book and stay again but next time only book the room rate and go eat Breakfast up the road at 3 Tree Restaurant :)

Such a wonderful stay! I would stay here again for sure! We had breakfast and dinner everyday here. It was the perfect location for lazy days by the sea. We walked along the beach almost everyday and had some of the most beautiful sunsets as well! The staff were so kind and caring, always checking on us. Even though the waters were a little rough at times, we got some swimming in! Highly recommended!

Everything is good, the view, the air, the room, the staff are very good, very calm, but the only waste, the food is very slow, wait almost 30 minutes, just rice, egg cakes, really long.

It's still very good. Just a few mosquitoes can be wiped out at once. It is very convenient to go to the swimming pool. It is almost a contract. I was able to send me to the hotel next door the next morning, and I happily paid the tip
