A nice hotel in terms of service and quality. The employees are extremely friendly. The hotel location is close to the center, I hope it will be okay if the hotel road is also built.

И дорога, ведущая к нему и расположение, удобства на территории. А какие виды открываются 😍 Особенно на закате из ресторана! 20 июля мы приехали вместе с моей маленькой дочкой! Нас вежливо встретили при въезде на территорию, затем при входе в сам отель. После мы прошли в СПА. И там встречает администратор Елена. Всё расскажет и даже больше)) Очень удивительный человек! Для себя я выбрала «Золотой пакет». Он включает в себя сауну, хамам, пилинг и часовой массаж 💆♀️ Девушка, которая делает процедуры обладает золотыми руками 🙏🏼 Приехав в СПА, можно остаться на весь день. Немножко доплатить и пользоваться всеми привилегиями отеля. Это очень круто! Мы так и сделали) Бассейн, шезлонги, кафе, ресторан, детская площадка и конечно же анимация! Помню, как вышли к бассейну (бассейн очень чистый и безопасный!) и нас встретил Мурат! Сказал «Я отвечаю за комфорт и настроение гостей». Отвечает! Очень качественно 👍🏼 Вместе с прекрасной девушкой Бетюль. Вы в наших сердцах 🫶🏻 Атмосфера днём и вечерняя анимация на высоте 🤩 Ребята в кафе очень дружелюбные и внимательные! Ох, как я делала заказ через переводчик)) К моему сожалению я не знаю турецкий в идеале. Приняли, приготовили! Я очень внимательна к деталям. И не нашла ни одного изъяна в этом сказочном замке ✨✨✨ Да, теперь для меня это не просто отель, это второй дом со своими людьми и тёплой атмосферой ❤️ И по всем вопросам всегда на связи менеджер Ахмед! И подскажет и встретит и проводит! P.S. Мы вернулись через пару дней снова :) И вернёмся еще 🥰

Olumsuz yanlar: -Plaj denize çok uzak. -Otel dağlık yerde, merkeze uzak. -Otel yolu asfalt değil, çok tozlu. -Türk kahvesi belirli 2 saat dışında paralı. O kadar otel gezdim ilk defa böyle bir uygulamayla karşılaştım. -Animasyon ve ekibi çok zayıf. -Odamızdaki sifon bozuktu, banyo kapısı da gıcırdıyordu. -Temizlik için belirli bir saat yok, bir gün erken bir gün geç yapılıyor ve odaya ilk girdiğimizde yatakta kıl vardı. -Muhtelif yerlerdeki plastik sandalyeler yapış yapıştı. -Aquapark belirli saatlerde çalışıyor.

Ailece güzel geçirmek istediğiniz bir tatil için oldukça iyi. Otel çalışanları olarak hepsi kibar ve pozitif özellikle resepsiyon da Ahmet Bey ve animasyon ekibinden Murat beye teşekkür ediyoruz. Otel temizliği biraz daha itinayla yapılmalı.
