The children's pools are unheated, even though the hotel told me otherwise before departure.
We were only allowed one à la carte restaurant, contrary to what the website indicated. No one spoke French. Don't forget the tips... they ask for them if you forget! I've never seen this before, being used to traveling, it was quite shocking.

Merhabalar şu an otelde konaklama ya devam ediyoruz yorum yazmadan tutamadım. Öncelikle bizi mutlu günler diye karşılayan berke beye güzel kokteyl ve sunumları ile barista gamze hanıma servis eden Tülin hanıma çok teşekkür ederim. Otel büyük ve yönetilmesi gerçekten zor. Ama bütün yöneticiler canla başla sistemi oturtmak için koşturuyor. Bunun için en başta sürekli her yerde olması ile ebru hanıma ve yönetime teşekkür ederiz yine geleceğiz.

Отель понравился, очень большая территория, большое количество бассейнов с разным уровнем глубины,прекрасный аквапарк, куча баров никогда не нужно ждать очередей нигде. Персонал очень вежливый, вечером подходят буквально на перегонки-это очень важный фактор, принимают заказ и оперативно все приносят. Море чистейшее, прекрасный заход, наличие Пирса с баром главнейший плюс.Отделу по работе с гостями отдельное спасибо, в частности Гюнай-за решение очень сложного и важного вопроса, что вселила спокойствие и уверенность, а также успокоение. Отель должен выплатить большую премию за такую качественную работу, спасибо от чистого сердца Гюнай.

Ailemle birlikte bu otelde konakladık ve her şey tek kelimeyle mükemmeldi. Otelin genel ortamı çok huzurlu ve temizdi. Çalışanlar son derece güler yüzlü, ilgili ve yardımseverdi — kendimizi gerçekten özel hissettik. Denizi tertemizdi, havuzu ise hem çocuklar hem yetişkinler için çok keyifliydi. Hem dinlendik hem eğlendik. Otelin her köşesinde kalite ve özen hissediliyordu. Bu kadar güzel bir tatil geçirmemizi sağladıkları için tüm personele teşekkür ederiz. Kesinlikle tekrar gelmek isteyeceğimiz bir yer. Aileler için gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim!
