The children's pools are unheated, even though the hotel told me otherwise before departure.
We were only allowed one à la carte restaurant, contrary to what the website indicated. No one spoke French. Don't forget the tips... they ask for them if you forget! I've never seen this before, being used to traveling, it was quite shocking.

Прекрасный семейный отель! Порадовала большая территория и пляжная зона. Огромный выбор развлекательных программ и мест для детей. Классный Луна парк и шоу для детей. Мыльные пузыри и шоу с шарами особенно понравились сыну. Отзывчивый персонал, девочки в отделе Guest Жанна и Юля отлично отработали все просьбы ❤️

Hotel ma wiele atrakcji dla dzieci. Klub ma różne zajecia dla dzieci. Wesołe miasteczko. Jesteśmy tu drugi rok i jedyny minus to w tym roku jest mniej obsługi i na stołach dłużej trzeba oczekiwać na sprzątanie. Pokoje przy części basenowej Lake Room są w spokojnej i cichej dzielnicy.

Definitely is not family friendly . As we arrived more than 500 SINGLE Turkish man’s came to hotel and made everyone uncomfortable especially women’s young and old they took pictures of women in Bikinis . It wasn’t very nice at all. And hotel didn’t do anything about it

Ein absolutes Desaster war das Personal. So einen unfreundlichen und uninteressierten Service habe ich in all den Jahren in denen wir in der Türkei Urlaub gemacht haben noch nie erlebt. Es war unbeschreiblich schlecht, da half auch kein Trinkgeld, das wir gerne gegeben haben. Restaurant war dreckig, Teller wurden nicht abgeräumt, bei einer "Bierbestelllung" wurde mein Mann mit großen fragenden Augen angeschaut, ein voller Teller, den ich mir gerade geholt hatte wurde während meinem Besteck suchen einfach abgeräumt und entsorgt. Ich kann es nicht in Worte fassen, was wir erlebt haben!!! Die Gästebetreuerin Miriam war sehr bemüht und stets freundlich und hilfsbereit, leider konnte sie keine Abhilfe schaffen!! Das Essen war immer kalt und es gab immer das Gleiche! Über Ostern fiel ein Gruppe zu einer Tagung in das Hotel ein, unbeschreiblich!! Es war der schlechteste Urlaub den wir je in der Türkei verbracht haben. Ich frage mich immer noch, woher die guten Bewertungen kommen... die können nicht von realen Urlaubern sein!!!!

Этот отель то, что я хотел, хотя к питанию некоторые вопросы имеются. Огромная, красивая и очень разнообразная территория отеля. Люди живут в главном большом корпусе или в небольших домиках, номера чистые. На территории отеля есть свой большой взрослый аквапарк + детский (правда вода не подогревается), и хороший луна парк, где самое интересное - это лодка (аттракционы балерина и колесо обозрения в этом году не работают). Хамам и просто погреться в банях бесплатно. В течение дня много разной анимации в том числе и спортивной: дартс, волейбол и др. Питание нормальное (рыба, салаты, супы, жареное, фрукты-овощи, десерты), но мясо здесь либо недожаренное либо сгоревшее и вот с этим была проблема - не хватало! Есть апельсиновый сок и соки из коробок, довольно хорошие. Мороженное из холодильника + после 11.30 накладывают. Днём турецкие лепёшки и пляжный бич ресторан. Фрукты и ягоды, выбор был скудный (яблоки-груши, бананы, апельсины-мандарины): за две недели ни разу не давали клубнику и арбуз, хотя в других отелях клубника уже была! Заход в море нормальный только с пирса, на пляже галька с песком, но песка маловато. Вечерние анимации в различных стилях неплохие + через день очень хорошие диско вечера на открытом воздухе с живой музыкой на русском! Лично мне одному скучно не было ни разу, хотя я один надолго не оставался))).

Лучший отель! Приехали отдыхать с семьёй в Турцию! Лучшее что есть в этом отеле-это анимационная команда в лице Сулеймана,Эге,Анжелика,Берканты и Мустафы,Лауры. Также хочется отметить диджеев Суде и Мерта! Еще хочу отметить гестрелейшен Пелин и шефа снек бара! Благодаря им наш наш отдых прошёл великолепно, понравился и мне и детям! Ещё не уехали,но уже хочется вернутся сюда!
