The hotel location is not good. You have to take a cap from manavgat or have to be local to understand how the local bus working and hotel is not give you any information about how you can use local bus manavgat to hotel. Sea is not clean most of the time and not sand most of it rocks. Pools are okay I like the Aqua park also. Food are was average for me not to many options almost same dishes every day. Alcohol and cocktails was okay if you ask strong cocktail they will make you. Room was clean and if you put the card says make my room to the door they will clean your room every day. Over all was average vacation and probably not gonna choose next time.

1.- Keine Hygiene 2.- Unfreundlich 3.- Alles Dreckig egal wo man hinschaut. 4.- Putzfrau kommt einfach ins Zimmer obwohl das Schild hängt Nicht stören!!! 5.- Safe kann man nicht abschliessen und wenn dann nur mit der Zimmerkarte!!! Nach der 1. Nacht Hotel verlassen da die Kinder krank geworden sind vom Pool!!! Wollten unser Geld zurück es hieß vom Manager kein Problem aber beredet mit dem Agenten das wir unser Geld nicht zurückbekommen sollen und hat die 2 Zimmer direkt weitervermietet. Es sind pure abzocke haltet euch fern von diesem Hotel.

Dobre wrażenia zatarte przypadkiem kradzieży pieniędzy z portfela, który był schowany w plecaku, pozostawiony raz w pokoju. Trzeba mieć się na baczności mimo czasu relaksu. Sam hotel jest bardzo duży. Należy spodziewać się w sezonie kolejek do stolików i posiłków. Obiekt zadbany z bardzo dużą ilością zieleni. pokoje przestronne, wygodne. Te w wersji ekonomicznej są bez balkonów, usytuowane na poziomi -1, sprawdziły się przy mega upałach. Jedzenie powtarzalne, jednak na tyle urozmaicone, że każdy coś dla siebie znajdzie. Bardzo dobre hamburgery w barze przy basenie i pizza w barze przy plazy. Dużo owoców, sałatek czy dań z grilla. Na pewno zbyt mało osób obsługi, która mimom, iż się stara nie jest w stanie ogarnąć obiektu. Basen duży, leżaki, parasole dostępne jedynie od rana (8:00). Do plaży spacerek 2 min. Ogólnie obiekt robi wrażenie. Trochę na uboczu, ale na bazary blisko, do 20 min. piechotą.

Самый грязный отель за 25 лет путешествий, там почти не убирают в номерах, на балконе не убирают вообще, мусор на пляже,окурки, черная плесень на решеточках вокруг бассейна, особенно вокруг релакс бассейна. Про туалеты даже говорить не буду, там было чисто только утром. В ресторане еда нормальная,но блюдца и стаканы с отбитыми краями. Кошки скачут по столам и доедают остатки пищи. Иногда по территории отеля болтается огромный пёс без намордника. На рецепции вам никто не поможет с проблемами уборки, у них для этого есть специально обученный человек, к которому ты можешь обращаться, но толку никакого, наверное ему платят только за то , чтобы он выслушал жалобы. Вечером в баре на рецепции очереди, места почти нет, потому что все там сидят , так как интернет нормально работает только там.

Schönes hotel und Anlage Essen gut für jeden was dabei Zimmer suite mit 100m2 angegeben / hat sie nicht. 5 Personen einer musste im Wohnzimmer schlafen . Putzfrauen Katastrophe Zimmer nicht gemacht , das mindestens was ich erwarte ist Betten machen und saugen oder wischen. Bei 5 Personen nur 4 Handtücher.... Kellner Ahmet sümmer ist spitze sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Der Rest leider nicht so ,die machen nir ihren Job. Rutschen top Strand top Urlaub war gut

i wanna start with turkish people: they are so nice and kind and friendly. i really love them. then hotel is totally fine but foods are really fine but they are using very fat. its too much for us. rooms are okey not bad and my favorite part is animation!!!. they are really nice nd everyday we watched so nice animation nights shows and of course i didnt forget to miniclup. they are really friendly stuffs. my sons are wanna come back here!!!

Otelinizde geçirdiğimiz tatil, beklentilerimizin çok ötesindeydi. Öncelikle yemekler mükemmeldi; her öğün özenle hazırlanmış, lezzetli ve çeşit açısından oldukça zengindi. Özellikle yöresel tatlarla uluslararası mutfağın uyumu çok başarılıydı. Tatlılar ayrı bir şaheserdi! Odalar ise son derece konforlu ve temizdi. Her gün düzenli olarak yapılan temizlik ve odalardaki detaylara verilen önem, konaklamamızı daha da keyifli hale getirdi. Ferah ve modern tasarımıyla hem dinlenmek hem de keyifli vakit geçirmek için idealdi. Animasyon ekibi ise gerçekten harikaydı! Enerjik, güler yüzlü ve misafirlerle sürekli iletişimde olmaları bizi çok mutlu etti. Gündüz aktiviteleri, havuz oyunları ve akşam eğlenceleri sayesinde her anımız dolu dolu geçti. Özellikle Yunus Bey’e ayrı bir parantez açmak isterim; pozitif enerjisi, misafirlerle olan samimiyeti ve profesyonelliğiyle tatilimize değer kattı. Gerçekten işini severek yapan bir ekip lideri olduğu belli. Akşam yapılan showlar ise adeta bir görsel şölendi. Sahne performansları, danslar, yarışmalar ve canlı müzik geceleri her akşamı özel kıldı. Hem çocuklar hem yetişkinler için düşünülmüş aktiviteler sayesinde herkesin keyif aldığı bir atmosfer yaratılmıştı. Kısacası, bu otel hem dinlenmek hem de eğlenmek isteyen herkes için mükemmel bir tercih. Emeği geçen tüm ekibe teşekkür ederiz. En kısa zamanda tekrar görüşmek dileğiyle!
