Lovely hotel good atmosphere the staff are all friendly and helpful especially Lale at guest service she was extremely helpful and even took us to the shopping mall don’t rely on tui to help the German and Polish rep would not talk to us as we only spoke English the hotel is spotless food is good always a good selection to choose from plenty of sunbeds and activities if you want them

An amazing holiday destination in close proximity to Mangavat and Side. A special mention to Merek on reception who was super helpful as always. The ladies from the client relations team (Olesya and Iren) were very helpful in accommodating the needs of a wheelchair user.

The food was lovely - the best I’ve ever had abroad. Service was very attentive, and always looking to ensure you are comfortable. Cleaner ensures mini bar is always replenished. Facilities -beach, spa, pools, bars are very up to standard!! Would definitely recommend!!

Absolutely beautiful hotel, inside and out.. The lobby is stunning and so is the pool and beach facilities outside. Guest relations are really helpful when booking reservations. The rooms are cleaned everyday and drinks are restocked everyday by the hard working cleaners. I’d really recommend this hotel and you’ll never have an empty cup!

Otellin konumu çok iyi Personel baya güler yüzlü ve iyi Temizlik konusunda ***et iyi herhangi bir sorun ile karşılaşmadık. Kötü yanı white barda çerez yok buda içtiğimiz kokteylin tadı devamlı ağzınizda kalması yanlış çerez olabilirdi. Kokteyler şeklenmesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum. Şeklenmeden verilmesi biraz kötü bir görünüm veriyordu. Onun dışında herşey mükemmel aşırı dikkate alınacak veya çözülmeyecek bir sorun ile karşılaşmadım alkoller biraz daha kaliteli olabilirdi.

The hotel is beautiful, clean, spacious, has a big pool and located on the beach. Very friendly and helpful staff including best guest relations team especially Irem and Olesya. We found the quality of the food was of a high standard and loved the Turkish food. We enjoyed our time here and would love to come back.
