We stayed at White Dream Lodge for 4 days as part of our tour around Zanzibar, and I must say—what a pleasant surprise! We stayed at several hotels around the island, but White Dream truly met all our expectations and stood out as a favorite. The hotel is located on the vibrant and beautiful Kiwengwa Beach, with all rooms facing the ocean. Every morning, we woke up to the gentle music from the hotel and the soothing sound of waves—an incredible way to start the day feeling relaxed and at peace. Breakfast was Italian-style, with freshly made fruit juices and delicious, freshly baked pastries. The hotel restaurant served an amazing mix of local and Italian cuisine, including excellent pizza and fresh local seafood. We ended up dining there every night, eager to try something new each time! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you to the amazing managers, Anna and Gloria, for making our experience so relaxing and ensuring we had everything we needed to truly escape our busy day-to-day lives. We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend White Dream Lodge to anyone visiting Zanzibar!

Restaurant Only: We were staying at a different spa/resort close by, so came to the White Dream restaurant on a recommendation from another guest. They have a wide ranging menu, with a good selection of Italian dishes. Why Italian in Zanzibar, you ask? Because sometimes, Italian is comfort food for the whole family after stretching your palettes for a week abroad - especially the kids! It’s a rough road there (always hire a taxi/driver-it’s worth the expense!) but it sits on the beach close to Kiwengwa. Open and airy feel - very clean and well-staffed. We sat at a table right on the beach. Reservations can be made ahead on their site. Italian-owned and operated. I had the sesame tuna and the others had various pasta dishes. Plus, Agnes and the other staff are very kind and attentive, making the experience all the more special!

Wanderful place kiwengwa iss very quite but if that's what you want then white dream is the best place beautiful buildings where all rooms have sea view and beach area Extremely friendly and solution orlented staff that make you feel home and excellent food we tried other restaurants with a good reviews here but then is the best staff really make you feel at home

Ho usufruito di questa struttura (proprietà italiana) da ospite esterno, dove pagando 40$ per coppia come deposito, ho usufruito dei servizi di spiaggia e piscina in totale relax e pace per un'intera giornata, per poi consumare il credito precedentemente depositato per cena, consumando una pizza Margherita molto vicina a quella nostrana, un hamburger xxl, un primo di riso locale, acqua, cola, caffè espresso.

Family of 5 (three teenagers) really enjoyed our week in this wonderful place. Kiwengwa is very quiet but if that’s what you want, then White Dream is the best place. Beautiful buildings where all rooms have sea-view and beach area. Extremely friendly and solution-oriented staff that make you feel at home, and excellent food. We tried other restaurants with good reviews here but this is the best. Staff really make you feel at home and appreciated. Rooms are cosy and clean, there is always enough sunbeds and the pool is clean. You can just lean back and enjoy this place.

Siamo stati 7 giorni in questa struttura dal 8 marzo al 16 marzo 2025 . Dobbiamo dire che l'esperienza è stata più che positiva in fato di struttura pulizia accoglienza ristorante e simpatia del personale tutto. Gestito da italiani che hanno posto la massima cura affinche' tutto procedesse nel modo migliore. La struttura è curata nei particolari e tutto ha funzionato alla perfezione. Anche le escursioni organizzate dal simpatico Consiglio si sono svolte senza problemi. Ringraziamo Francesca la resposabile della struttura.

Struttura accogliente e familiare. Camera pulita direttamente sulla spiaggia di kiwenga. Location top! Personale sempre disponibile e presente per qualsiasi necessità. Colazione ottima così come tutti i piatti del menu. Qualità molto buona e porzioni abbondanti. Un valore aggiunto la presenza di Francesca con un sorriso sempre per tutti e i suoi consigli per girare al meglio l isola. Un posto ideale per chi cerca tranquillità e un ambiente semplice. Assolutamente da consigliare
