We spent 2 dream weeks at the Seashore villa, despite a few small imperfections: our room, the largest, was magnificent with a very comfortable bed, although the mattress was quite hard but that suited us fine. On the other hand, the pillows were a little hard for our taste. The room was spotlessly clean but we didn't really like the bathroom: there was a stone sink, I think they wanted a little originality but it didn't look very clean and the faucets should be changed because of traces of rust and limescale. We visited the bathrooms of the other villas which had a modern sink and non-rusty faucets. Food: a big 10, excellent, thank you to Lucy for treating us! We were full board, the menu is more limited but we had enough. The chapati are excellent (a kind of flatbread that can be eaten with sweet or savory), a word of advice, try them as well as the Egyptian beans. Everything we ate was tasty. The African rice is also excellent. However, a small downside at breakfast: the coffee machine is payable ($2 for an espresso and $4 for a cappuccino), otherwise for the free one you only get instant African coffee which is not bad at all. Little tip: remember to take a bottle of water with meals, if it is outside, you will pay for it. As for anything alcohol, nothing is included in the full board, it can quickly cost hundreds of dollars if you have an aperitif in the evening + a glass of wine. There are 8 villas, there were 4 of us in all, we had the beach to ourselves, it is very quiet compared to the resorts which are about 1 km away. White sand beach like flour, you can walk along the 5 km long beach but beware of the false Maasai on the beach who constantly approach you! The pool is very clean, not very big but enough to cool off. The hotel beach is also very clean, cleaned conscientiously every day. Thanks to Edina, Edvin, Muhalim and the young girls who cleaned the rooms, they were lovely, always smiling. The value for money at the Seashore Villa is excellent, everything is not perfect but it was a great two weeks!
