Nous avons eu un gros stress en arrivant à l’hôtel. Malgré la réception d’un e-mail de réservation, la réception ne retrouvait pas trace de celle-ci. Tous les environs de kitzhubel étant complet lors de notre week-end, nous avons cru un instant que nous allions nous retrouver sans hébergement. Heureusement une chambre disponible a pu être trouvée suite à une annulation. Aussi je vous conseille vivement de vérifier l’effectivité de votre réservation avant votre séjour pour éviter toute déconvenue. L’installation passée , tout a été parfait, la chambre était très confortable et le spa était aussi très agréable. Les propriétaires parlent français. Le dîner était tout simplement exceptionnel, la cuisine était d’une grande finesse. L’hôtel n’est pas dans le centre mais en hauteur proche des pistes, voiture indispensable si vous voulez aller dans le centre.

We attended the New Year's gala evening dinner with live music at the Hotel der Bischlhof on December 31st. The hotel site and atmosphere seemed warm and elegant. After registering at reception we finally retreated to the inside bar with our drinks. A waiter came over quickly and asked us what we were doing there. Only after giving our name for second time and being checked as verified dinner guests did he top up our drinks. We were then taken to a table in a large dining table next to the kitchen entrance. Maybe we booked late and got the last tahle. However it seemed a makeshift location because there was barely room behind my chair for waiters to pass serving food. My chair was knocked by waiters repeatedly while dining - twice by the aforementioned "Basil Fawlty"-like waiter - without apology. Other gems from this waiter while dining: "Are you playing with your food or eating?" to my adult daughter when removing plates from the table. When we fled to reception after the dinner to settle the bill we were met again by Basil Fawlty " You only paid part of the dinner and must now pay the rest". We explained this was why we were at reception - to settle the bill. This might be a quirky and amusing "lost in translation" experience at Euro 30 per head. However we paid almost Euro 200 per head excluding wine at a four star hotel. In addition the billed "live music" turned out to be a DF with piped music. A nightmare dining experience which failed the hotel and the price tag.

Sehr, sehr schlechter Service besonders durch die Senior-Chefin, Reklamationen wurden weggeredet, statt ernst genommen, ungemütlich, das Essen hat nichts, aber auch gar nichts mit "Hauben-Küche" zu tun

Invitados a un evento nos quedamos dos noches en este precioso hotel estilo tirolés. El personal es muy amable y eficiente. Las instalaciones son magníficas, tuvimos una suit que daba al jardín muy cómoda espaciosa moderna, la cama comodisima! Desayuno con todo lo necesario incluido jugo de naranja recién exprimido. Los alrededores son muy bonitos, ofrecen un servicio de bus al pueblo que queda a aproximadamente 8” / 10”

Ich komme seit 20 Jahren in dieses Hotel und freue mich immer wieder hier zu sein!! Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, die Lage des Hotels außerhalb des Orts verspricht Ruhe und auch die Speisen sind sehr gut!!! Am Nachmittag gibt es eine Jause, die bereist im Preis includiert ist, hier kann man getrost von einer vollen Mahllzeit reden, denn es gibt salzige Speisen, Kuchen und Kaffee!!! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und man kann direkt am Hotel ein e-cart mieten und zum Golfplatz Eichenheim fahren, der für Hotelgäste einen eigenen Zugang nur ungefähr 200 Meter vom Hotel entfernt anbietet. Rundum ein weiterer gelungener Urlaub!!!!
