Really enjoyed our stay here during a recent ski trip! I was a little sceptical after reading some mixed reviews but my initial doubts proved unfounded. The staff were very friendly and attentive, the room was clean and more than adequate for the price! The restaurant was great and the food was delicious. The ski bus is directly outside the entrance and runs a regular service to the ski station which is really convenient. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and definitely recommend.

Abbiamo cenato in questo hotel una sera, ospiti dell'annesso campeggio . Servizio celere, cordiale, buona cena. Un po costoso ma si è a Kitzbuhel...Consiglio : i menu almeno in inglese e non solo in tedesco perchè ho fatto un po' di fatica a capire il contenuto.

Angekommen, im Bruggerhof und die Terrasse angesteuert. Da waren von circa 20 vielleicht 4 Tische besetzt. Zuerst einmal hat der Kellner auf wichtig gemacht, ob er überhaupt noch einen Platz frei hätte. [ Einbildung ist auch eine Bildung ] Meine Kraft Brühe mit Frittaten war eigentlich ganz lecker, etwas über Salzen und die Portion war relativ klein [ 7.50 € ] Zum Hauptgang hatte ich Pfifferling Gulasch mit Knödel bestellt, leider war da kein Fleisch enthalten, es waren nur Pfifferlinge und 2 Semmelknödel . Die Pilzsoße war mir zu sahnig, die Knödel ziemlich fest gekocht und nicht fluffig mit Biss. Für 21.50 € ein ziemlich strammer Preis. Am Lokal gibt es genügend Parkplätze und auch ein funktionierendes WLAN Kleiner Hinweis… Bis ich gegangen bin, sind genau noch 2 Gäste gekommen, unnötiger Zauber um die freien Tische

In het restaurant gegeten Duur heel duur en kleine porties qua eten Alles los bij bestellen maar dat geeft de bediening niet aan Receptie erg onvriendelijk , bediening in restaurant daarentegen weer erg vriendelijk Tip Rij iets door naar kitzbudel daar kan je heerlijk eten

We cannot fault the hotel, it is excellent and the staff, all of them, are friendly and very helpful at all times. They do seem to genuinly want you to have a lovely holiday, probably because they have been working there for years and enjoy being there themselves. The rooms are great. If you need anything, just ask - I needed a hairdryer, no problem. The hotel is by the stunning Schwarzee - don't miss it! I was very ill during my stay and was rushed to hospital and I would like to take the opportunity to thank everyone at the hotel for taking care of me and in particular the owners, who made sure that my husband was able to get in and out of Kitzbuhel to the doctors and the pharmacy etc etc. That's the sort of service that you do not find everywhere. We shall definitely return.

We stayed at the Hotel Bruggerhof half board for a week skiing and had a great time! Before our stay the reception were quick to respond to a couple of email queries. We arrived at around 9:30pm and still were given a 4 course hot meal on arrival. The hotel is clean and well set up with plenty of areas to relax - spacious rooms although the beds are quite firm. The pool and wellness area is great - big pool, steam room, 2 saunas. They offer drop off and pick up from the Hahnenkamm gondola each day for skiing which is great. The evening food was very good, plenty of hearty food and always offering second helpings. There is a very well stocked organic shop at the campsite too in case you need anything else. Most of all we would like to thank the staff, everyone was extremely friendly and polite throughout our stay. Would recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing base for a ski holiday at kitzbuhel!

Unsere Unterkunft befand sich im Nachbarhaus. Es war ideal, weil wir eine Etage für uns hatten. Die Zimmer sind ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, aber die Betten waren ideal. W-Lan war etwas schwierig. Der Skikeller war zu klein und alt. Das Wasser im Whirlpool war leider recht kalt.

We didn’t stay in the hotel but used the adjacent campsite as we were in our motorhome. All part of the same business. The spa is lovely and of a standard far above what you would expect. Nice warm pool and two or three types of sauna and hot rooms. You’re expected to be naked but use towels. Didn’t bother us. We had a lovely meal in the hotel. The server who might have been a relative of the family owners took time to explain the menu to us in English. The hotel is near the Flickambahn bubble and is served by a bus link. You could easily enjoy a whole ski week here and use buses/taxis to get to downtown Kitzbuhel.
