Charmantes Hideaway mit TopNiveau! Ausgezeichnete Gästebetreuung, sensationelles Frühstück, herrliche Lage, für mich das beste Hotel in Kitzbühel! Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die tolle Organisation und den gesamten Ablauf unserer Silberhochzeit durch Frau Dir. Reisinger und ihr Team. Das vegetarische Menü war ein weiteres Highlight. Wir kommen wieder♥️

During our road trip, Relais & Châteaux Kitzbühel was one of the smallest 5-star hotels we stayed at. Perfectly located next to the town and all the shopping, it made exploring Kitzbühel convenient and enjoyable. Though the weather didn’t allow for many walks or summer hikes using the ski lifts, we still had a great stay. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff was courteous and polite. All in all, a charming hotel!

Hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen, wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und bedient. Das Haus ist wunderschön im traditionellen Stil gehalten. Leider war die kulinarische Erfahrung enttäuschend. Obwohl wir angekündigt hatten vegetarisch zu essen, wurde der Willkommensgruß auf die Suite mit Fisch geliefert. Auch beim Nachtessen war leider kein (!) einziger Gang des angebotenen Menüs vegetarisch. Wir mussten auf Pasta ausweichen, die wohl schmackhaft war aber keineswegs dem Niveau entsprochen hat welches wir erwartet hatten. Wir fühlten uns in die 90er Jahre zurück versetzt - die Küche ist nicht zeitgemäß und hat es verpasst, pflanzliche und nachhaltige Küche zu adaptieren. Die Suite war sehr sauber und gross, leider hat uns auf diesem Preisniveau eine Kaffeemaschine gefehlt.

This is a relais and chateaux franchised hotel - you expect exceptional service. We didn’t get it at the restaurant. The restaurant had 4 or 5 tables - hardly a challenge. Its important To feel special as a guest. On the upside the hotel did upgrade us.

Tennerhof is an absolute gem. The property is beyond quaint and luxurious. The spa is great and the options for body relaxation are plentiful. The location of the Tennerhof is ideal. Close enough to town that walking is pleasurable. And access to fantastic hiking options in the Alps is easy. Perhaps the best aspect of the beautiful lodge is the truly wonderful staff. Everyone we encountered were friendly and treated us like visiting dignitaries. The owner Luigi, the GM Patricia, the bar mgr Sven and the driver Paul could not have been more accommodating. 💥💥💥💥💥

Great stay just out the centre of Kitzbühel at the Relais & Chateaux Tennerhof, a beautiful five star luxury hotel with fine restaurant, pools and spa. I booked one night through Amex Platinum Fine Hotels & Resorts and at check-in they offered me a room upgrade to a double terrace room, free breakfast, 100€ credit to spend at bar and restaurant and late checkout at 4 p.m. Hotel staff is professional, extremely kind and always smiling. Rooms are in a beautiful classical tyrolean style, such as the other parts of the hotel, full of flowers and fragrances. Here I experienced the best mattress in my life! Breakfast is served in the terrace with lovely view overlooking the mountains and a wide spread of sweet and salty selection of food. Nice outdoor and indoor pools, saunas and steam bath. Free shuttle to and from the railway station. I hope to stay here again, the luxury experience was truly amazing!

Insgesamt ein angenehmes Hotel mit etwas altmodischen Zimmern. Wir hatten eine Deluxe Suite gebucht, deren Ausstattung nicht dem heutigen Standard genügt. Keine Kaffeemaschine, der Fernseher etwas 15 Meter vom Bett entfernt, kleine Amenity Flaschen auf denen man, wenn man unter der Dusche steht, nicht lesen kann was das Shampoo oder der Body Wash ist und die nicht erneuert werden wenn sie schon fast leer sind - Kleinigkeiten, ja, aber für ein 5-Sterne Hotel sind dies die Kleinigkeiten die zählen. Frühstück im Hotel ist ebenfalls nur Durchschnitt, Omelettes sind eigentlich Rühreier und das Angebot, obwohl vielfältig, fehlt es an Qualität. Der Service ist gerade noch als durchschnittlich zu bewerten - es findet kein Service statt wenn man nicht selbst nach allem fragt. Das Restaurant am Abend ist ähnlich - das Essen ist gut aber nichts herausragendes, der Service genau wie beim Frühstück, nur befriedigend. Für die Preise diem Hotel Tannenhof verlangt werden, darf man etwas mehr erwarten.

Perfect property. We traveled with 3 teens and stayed in a penthouse chalet. The view and patio were incredible. Breathtaking. We took smaller hikes on the mountains each day. Two were starting at the gondola that is just a short walk downhill from the hotel. My teens loved it! We would walk to town each day for a nice lunch outside in the main town. Lovely. Shuttle service was great but it stopped at 5. Taxis after that time were easy to get. We enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pool area every day. This is really a dream destination. I can’t find any faults. Tip: if you would like to get a fondue from the hotel restaurant near the chalets, you must let them know the day before. We are there but missed out on the fondue.

If you are looking for a romantic and feel-good hotel for a long weekend stay, you will be thankful for your days at "Tennerhof". It's located in the heart of the beautiful mountains and next to the city Kitzbühel. I highly enjoyed the positive atmosphere, friendly welcome/service, excellent Austrian & Fusion cuisine from their talented Peruvian chef. For your well-being the Spa Treatments and Wellness area are quite nice. The outdoor pool is heated and bigger than expected! Around the hotel you can find perfect trails for all levels.
