The rooftop swimming pool with the view is an hit. One not luxury moment: we asked to have a pooridge with oat milk or water (to replace the one with cow milk on the buffet/for allergy reasons). After 10 minutes, the waitress came back telling us that the cook doesn't want to prepare that for us.

Das Hotel liegt nahe der Stadt. Es war einfach alles sehr gut und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich Das Frühstück war excellent, der Pool und alles war hervorragend. Auch weil nur Erwachsene im Hotel sind, daher auch die Ruhe Habe mir bei Intersport ein Radl ausgeliehen, um die Gegend zu erkunden.

Super netter Service, wie zum Beispiel parking service, super Location sehr central in Kitzbühel, schöner, moderner , sauberer Zimmer mit dem Blick auf den Bergen. Whirlpool ist leider veraltet, Ansonsten alles prima! Kommen gerne wieder!

Excellent location. Friendly team. Great breakfast included. Very nice and quiet spa area. A pleasure not to hear screaming children in the pool area although on other occasions it’s nice to hear them. My wife and I had excellent massages which we both agreed were delivered professionally and with pride so as to make the price seem good value. Thanks Elena and Yelena. The ski locker is large and with plenty of boot warmers. You can purchase your ski pass from the hotel reception and through out they were courteous. We still have two more days but just incase I forget I wanted to review now. Others may have different experiences but from travelling extensively I will put this down as a hotel to recommend and hopefully return to. Thanks team.

Great stay in Kitzbuhel. Breakfast was one of the best for a small hotel, bar was lovely, and staff very helpful and friendly. We used both the rooftop pool and spa facilities which were a great bonus. Only issue we found was no air con or temp control in the room so we found it to be quite warm at night. Overall would recommend as close to the slopes and centre of town.

Für ein Hotel in dieser Preisklasse in Kitzbühel sehr schwach und extrem schlechtes Preis-/Leistungs-Verhältnis: - Chaos bei check-in - kein deutschsprachiger Rezeptionist - valet-parking angepriesen aber vor Ort Parksituation völlig unklar und Garage mit 30 €/Tag extrem teuer - rooftop-Pool schön, aber bis 8:00 nicht nutzbar und abends keine Handtücher

We spent three nights at Hotel Schwarzer Adler, but our stay didn't go smoothly. Right from the start, we had problems with no hot water in the bathroom. We told the staff, but they didn't fix it, even after we asked twice. After our third time asking we had to change our room what wasn’t ideal because we had to pack up our whole stuff and unpack it again. The receptionist, Nadja I think was her name, wasn't very nice! The spa was gross! The breakfast wasn't good. The milk for cereal was bad, and when we told the staff, they just laughed and said it happens sometimes. Plus, they didn't speak much English, which made things harder. The only thing they did to make up for it was waive the parking fee, but that didn't really make up for not having hot water. Overall, we weren't happy with our stay at Hotel Schwarzer Adler and wouldn't recommend it.

Ich bin gerade angereist und neben dem Umstand, dass hier 50% Vorauszahlung geleistet werden müssen, wird bei Ankunft der Gesamtaufenthalt abgerechnet. Welche Gäste muss dieses Hotel haben, dass so eine Vorgangsweise notwendig ist. Jedes andere Hotel verlangt selbstverständlich Kreditkartendaten als Sicherheit, selbstverständlich ok, aber buchen die Kosten am Ende der Reise ab. Ich frage mich, ob es hier eine Liquiditätsfrage ist. Zur Qualität des Hotels kann ich noch nichts sagen, vielleicht in wenigen Tagen, nur zur Behandlung von Gästen bei Ankunft in einem angeblichen 5 Sterne Hotel. Dies führt natürlich dazu, dass meine üblicherweise großzügigen Nebenkosten hier nicht anfallen werden. Essen und Trinken gibt es auch andere Plätze in dieser Stadt.
