alles TOP Personal, Essen, Frühstück, Zimmer selten so WILLKOMMEN geheißen worden haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt für einen längeren Aufenthalt nächstes Jahr wieder (waren auf der Durchreise und blieben nur eine Nacht)

Wir waren das erste Mal hier, um mal was Neues auszuprobieren. Das Zimmer war zweckmäßig, schön und sauber allerdings das Bad eine Katastrophe mitten im Badezimmer eine Regendusche, d.h. nur ein Vorhang zur Toilette. Das Problem ist wenn du duscht steht alles unter Wasser und läuft auch nicht wirklich ab und du hast dann alles nass und trägst es auch in den Schlafraum rein ,habe dieses an der Rezeption gemeldet „achselzucken“ Ein Begrüßungsschreiben lag im Zimmer bereit, allerdings für die falschen Gäste. Der Wellnessbereich ist wirklich ein Traum, lässt keine Wünsche offen schade nur dass sie für so ein großes Haus einen einzigen Masseur haben. Leider kann man im Restaurant oder beim Frühstück nicht draußen sitzen, denn das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Tageszeitung ist keine erhältlich. Unser Ober( Felix) war extrem aufmerksam und freundlich. Der Park Service ist wirklich hilfreich nach Kitzbühel rein braucht man circa 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist unseres Erachtens zu hoch angesetzt.

We really enjoyed the spa facilities at this hotel, as well as the breakfast buffet. Shout out to the breakfast cook who made amazing omelets. Room was comfortable and check out was efficient. Would recommend staying at this hotel in the summer.

leider wurde bei der Buchung nie ein Hinweis darauf gegeben, dass sich auf dem Gesamten Hotelgelände eine Baustelle befindet. Bei den Preisen muss so etwas eigentlich in der Buchung genannt werden da ich mir dann mit Sicherheit ein anderes Hotel gesucht hätte. Die Zimmer haben keine Klimaanlage was bei den Sommertemperaturen einen erholsamen Schlaf nicht garantiert. Ab 7:30 in der Früh sind bereits die Laster und Bagger auf der Baustelle direkt neben meinem Balkon zugange gewesen. Die Zimmer sind trotzdem sehr schön und die Betten bequem. Auch die Lobby ist Stilvoll. der Frühstückssaal ist komplett mit Planen abgedunkelt und draussen sitzen somit nicht möglich. Personal war sehr freundlich auch wenn auf meine Kritik der Baustelle nicht wirklich eingegangen wurde. Würde hier nie wieder einchecken aufgrund der schlechten Erfahrung und dem unprofessionellen Umgang damit.

Wir hatten ein unglaublich schönes und großes Zimmer. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und uns wurden alle Wünsche ausnahmslos erfüllt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut, auch hier hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir hatten ein sehr erholsame Zeit.
