Spent the week here through Crystal Ski, to see the Hahnenkamm race and ski the famous slopes of Kitzbuehel. Our stay at Erika Boutique Hotel was truly exceptional - from the moment we stepped in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every need was met with a smile. The hotel itself is stunning, with the most beautiful glass bar area, where you can enjoy a fantastic selection of drinks prepared by very knowledgeable staff especially our new friend Marco. The rooms were impeccably clean, extremely warm, beautifully designed, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, and the evening meal was just delicious every night. We would highly recommend Hotel Erika to anyone seeking a luxurious and unforgettable experience. Part way through the week unfortunately I had a ski accident and ended up at the local hospital, and on my return to the hotel the attentiveness and care given from every member of staff was faultless especially the manager, who made sure I was ok at all times. We will definitely be returning here, with our family.

We really enjoyed a two week holiday here. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. All the facilities were good. Our room was very comfortable. We both thought the food was exceptional. Breakfast was a selection of plenty of options. The evening dining was a great range of beautifully crafted food. All was well served. Thanks for a great time.

Ottima struttura, comoda per il centro, pulizia massima, camera confortevoli dotate di tutto e silenziosissime. Colazione buona, cena ottima, servizio brunch al bar di eccellente livello. Gentili e affabili.

My family and I stayed at the Erika many times when the Schor family were the owners. At that time it was the epitome of Austrian service and comfort. My wife and I were looking forward to our return visit. Unfortunately past glory was just that, in the past. New owners have taken over and have made it dark and uninviting. There is no ambiance of what once was a grand Tyrolian hotel. Our "suite" was dark and had pillars in our low ceiling room. I constantly struck the pillar when I got out of bed. On a positive note the restaurant and staff were excellent. Better options are available at this price point.( i.e. Relais & Châteaux Hotel Tennerhoff)

Das nenne ich wirklich herausragenden Service! Ein tolles Hotel mit einem unglaublich netten und zuvorkommenden Team. Besonders das Frühstückspersonal hat uns beeindruckt – wahnsinnig freundlich und stets darauf bedacht, jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen. Hier fühlt man sich einfach rundum wohl und gut aufgehoben. Das Frühstück war ein Highlight! Eine fantastische Auswahl an hochwertigen Produkten, die Qualität war wirklich bemerkenswert. Als Vielreisende, vor allem in gehobenen Hotels, haben wir so etwas selten erlebt. Auch die Zimmer haben keine Wünsche offen gelassen: Sie sind geräumig, mit bequemen Betten und verfügen über alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Die Atmosphäre ist perfekt für eine erholsame Auszeit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können dieses Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen. Bravo! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Great staff, Nice hotel. Two issues. First of all there was only a ski shuttle in the morning and not return (all other hotels had a return shuttle). Not great service, temperature and cleaners of pool area was not ok. Great we could charge our car
