I booked this apartment/suite via *********** for a two-bedroom one bathroom stay. The apartment was okay, but there was zero service available for any problems. We had two towels for four people, the only wooden chair in the apartment was broken, and there were issues with the toilet - clearly nobody had been there in a while to check out the apartment. The worst aspect was the keyless check-in and the fact that nobody answered the phone at the number given for any problem. The voicemail said essentially "we don't answer this phone, send us an email." Really? For 500 Euros a night I expect to talk to a human being. I've seen these reviews here mentioning staff. Who are these imaginary people? Other disappointments include having no ski storage space in the entire building, terrible to non-existent wifi and really poor lighting in the apartment.

I wanted to give 0 stars , but that isnt an option. I want to write a review of how bad the service was for this booking from the property owners.. It was made through Bookings.com who were great. We had no acces to the booked apartment (Its premier apartment) as it was a penthouse that was serviced by its own lift which was not working. They knew this the day before and never contacted us. We spent the whole day waiting to enter reception at 3pm as it was an unmaned automatic system. When we did enter, the elecator wouldnt work. We called the help numbers which is a telesales contact number in Munich. After another 2 hous waiting the manager called us and reported it would not be resolved and offered an unsuiatable inferior room. WE declined and had to spend the next 2 hours looking for alternative accomodation in Kitzbuhel. We were told we would be refunded and had to chase bookings.com as the managers stopped replying to calls and emails regarding our refund. I advised the manager I would share my bad experience on social medai and she finally responded with a very aggresive response. Do Not book this facility. There is no staff to handle issues. The Management are rude and aggressive and they had to be pushed to refund our money

The two impressions I am left with having stayed at this property are the greed of the company that manage the property and the utter contempt for customers We attempted to change our reservation due to Austria amending their vaccination policy. Despite sending 6 emails over 6 days we received no response from the property. After four days of phone calls we finally got through to a Mandy in a reservations center in Germany. Mandy adopted a that's you problem attitude. We were informed 3pm is check in time. Arriving at 2pm we thought we would drop off our equipment and grab lunch. Unfortunately there is a machine at the door which reminds you no access until 3pm. As we were so far from the center of the village we decided to wait outside for the best part of an hour in freezing conditions. When we finally gained access we discovered we were the only guests staying at the property There was nobody on the premises for the duration of our stay. Rooms were not cleaned and I refer to basic hygiene here bins emptied , floors washed , towels changed. One half toilet roll for three persons , not even a bottle opener. The property is located 15 - 17 minute walk from the center of Kitzbuhel not as advertised. I have been skiing for over 25 years and have stayed in Kitzbuhel on a number of occasions previously. This is without doubt the worst experience I have had.

La struttura è in una buona posizione, sicuramente più rumorosa di un normale alloggio montano, ma nel nostro caso la camera era sul retro e quindi non dava alcun fastidio. Appartamento molto grande (la nostra era una suite al piano terra) e con tutto quello che serve. Comodo cucinino e bel giardino ben tenuto. Bagno spazioso con vasca. Unico neo è stata la pulizia. In generale non buona, sicuramente disastrosa sotto il divano e i letti (palesemente non eseguita da diverso tempo). In ogni caso non appena avvisata la struttura della cosa, entro 12 ore si sono presentati ed hanno eseguito la pulizia più approfondita. Anche questo è un plus
