Very dissatisfied. It was still dark. At 6 o'clock in the morning, the lights of the snowplow shone into the room, in front of the room, and back and forth, which affected my sleep very much! I was woken up and couldn't fall asleep. It went back and forth for at least half an hour! The service was terrible.

Everything was good. I was also glad that I learned how to make a fire! The staff told us that we could roast marshmallows in tiipii and gave us extra marshmallows. But the stove was cold and there was no fire. Later, an employee helped us to light the fire, but after she left, the kindling went out and the wood did not light. To roast the marshmallows, we tried to make a fire ourselves and finally lit the wood after 20 minutes of effort. Roasting marshmallows was delicious and fun.

Stayed here with my wife as part of a week-long trip to Finland in February 2025. We were here for 3 days as part of the "relaxing" part of the trip, as opposed to the first part of the trip which was in Helsinki and more of the "get up and go" mentality. Levin Iglut was beautiful, relaxing, classy, and fulfilled everything we expected and hoped for. We stayed in one of the larger igloos. Upon arrival and throughout the stay, all staff was polite and helpful. The food at Utsu was delicious and well-prepared, with a wine pairing to go along with dinner. We spent most of the time in our Igloo or on the premises, since a cab ride to the City Center/Mountain was about 35-40 Euros. We bought a few groceries and enjoyed using the small kitchen in the Igloo. Just be aware that, if you do stay here, it is quote remote and you will need transportation to get anywhere else you would like to visit in the Levi area. A nice, relaxing time here.

The igloos are very cool, especially if you are lucky enough to see the Northern Lights. If not they are still nice to hang out in. The location is close enough to the ski fields and town that you will be bothered by light pollution, but not close enough to be convenient, they do provide any shuttle bus. A taxi can cost up to 30 Euro each way - another cost each day on top of the crazy high cost of the igloo. Staff are hit and miss, some in the restaurant are terrible and there are new faces every day. Even the better permanent staff don't bother to remember your name or igloo number even if you stay a while (don't expect any special treatment for a special occasion other than a free chocolate). Breakfast is really good but we did not enjoy the dinner menu, and it changes back to the same food after 2 days.

Sadly we had to cancel our booking 8 days in advance as my Mum passed away while we were travelling in Lapland so we had to rush back home. The hotel said they would try to resell the 2 rooms we had booked and said they did not manage to do so. While I am aware of the hotel cancellation policy, I was hoping for a compassionate gesture. I wrote to the CEO to explain our situation and got a very polite letter of condolences but absolutely no offer whatsoever. No refund even partial, nor any offer to book again later. Just the standard reply that I can read on most reviews, that they are a small company etc. I understand the business side of it but find the lack of compassion very disappointing.

Wow, this was a treat!!! 5 star rooms 5 star food Great location We could only get 1 night as the rest of the days were fully booked and what a treat it was. We booked supper at their restaurant and it was delicious. The staff were all so friendly and the rooms were super warm and very clean. Well done to the team at Golden Crown Levi Iglut

Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt! Wir hatten zwei Nächte in einem „normalen“ Iglu und eine Nacht in der Suite gebucht. Der Aufenthalt im normalem Iglu war schon toll, aber die Suite mit eigenem Whirlpool war unbeschreiblich schön! Wir saßen spät abends und früh morgens zum Sonnenaufgang im Whirlpool - diese Bilder bleiben für immer in unseren Köpfen & Herzen. Das Personal ist so freundlich und aufmerksam - das haben wir noch nie in dieser Qualität erlebt. Zum Abendessen: wir waren anfangs etwas skeptisch, aber es war grandios! Alles war so lecker! Wir kommen wieder und können einen Aufenthalt nur empfehlen!!! Danke für diese unvergessliche Zeit!!

We have just spent one night in a premier igloo as an excursion booked via Inghams, as part of a week long holiday in Levi. The igloo was very luxurious, well appointed and comfortable, and we were fortunate to see the aurora boreales dance overhead several times. A truly exceptional and magical experience from the comfort of our igloo! The restaurant is beautiful and very stylish. All of the staff were friendly and made us very welcome. The fine dining menu was delicious and beautifully presented. We also sat in the cute little log burner cabin. Staying here was a bucket list 60th birthday dream for me. I absolutely loved it - one of the best holiday experiences ever.
