Clean, clean, clean! Outside looks rustic, inside is modern and very well done! Room is stocked with everything you need, plus a friendly staff. Considering the Portsmouth area, prices are reasonable. The breakfast area is small, but so well thought out with a great variety of choices!

The website pictures indicate lots of natural light and decent space. Our room was a small dark cave. Three phone Jack's, no phone. Beat up dresser. Router literally hanging loosely on the wall. Peeling paint in bathroom. Pedestal sink NOT conducive to applying makeup, hair. Fan mounted to the wall in front of a window AC unit. ?? No closet, so no ironing board/iron. Coffin like shower. Cheap wrinkled sheers at the windows. Don't recommend

Simple, clean, comfortable. Located within minutes of shopping. Close to downtown Portsmouth and The Portsmouth Music Hall which is why we stayed there. I would stay there again. Staff was pleasant. This is a hidden gem on the seacoast of New Hampshire.

I booked this hotel based on previous reviews as wanted to break our journey from Boston to Portland and thought we could get a little shopping in at outlets . When we arrived our room Had been given away by accident so we were down graded , no refund were told we could cancel and book somewhere else , however having driven all day and not knowing area this wasn’t an option . Room we were offered smelled of damp / cramped / and in need of upgrading . Really disappointed by staffs lack of caring and no offer of compensation. On a plus breakfast had a good selection to offer but wouldn’t recommend staying in rooms as tired and needing upgraded

3 night stay in room #30 in October 2023. Just under $300 per night. Pros: Close to Portsmouth/Kittery Easy Parking Easy after hours check in Somewhat comfortable bed Full kitchen (did not use) Cons: Deadbolt lock did not work Mold/dirty room (especially carpet) Lots of bugs (luckily no bed bugs) The stickiest remote I've ever felt The sink looked like it was about to fall off the wall Filthy exhaust fan in the bathroom Random hole in the wall This could be a great motel. Full kitchen and location could make for a very nice stay. The breakfast was as advertised. In its current state I would not stay here again unless the price was below $80 per night. This is not a $300 per night hotel. Staff seemed nice but I didn't really interact with them except at checkout. When I told them the room wasn't up to par it was just shrugged off. The attached pictures are more accurate than I saw on TA.

This property is essentially a motel, but it is obvious that they care about guests' experience. Our King Suite was spacious and clean. The amenities such as linens, towels, soap and shampoo were more luxurious than would be expected. The Continental breakfast wasn';t fancy, but had many options. To top it off, in leaf peeper season the cost was about $200/night less than the chain hotels. We were very pleased and would stay here again.

We spent two nights at the Kittery Inn and Suites. Although right next to a major road the Inn feels peaceful and calm. We had a cabin which was really roomy and comfortable and had everything you needed. The bed was lovely and being able to sleep with the windows open was really appreciated. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a really good selection for breakfast including some excellent cake. We didn’t use the pool but it looked well maintained and had some nice seating around it. We did use the laundry facilities.

Very clean updated 50’s style motel. Close to main road but trees and flowers keep it very quiet. Staff friendly as are other guests you will eat a very good continental breakfast with. Our room had a private back porch. Unfortunately Lee was on the way so we shortened our stay.

Clean and comfy place to stay! Close to Portsmouth and Kittery. Cannot stress how clean it was. The staff was friendly and professional. You feel at home from check in. The breakfast was more than we had imagined for a continental breakfast. They go out of their way to have something for everyone. We will definitely be back when we visit this area again.
