Die reine Lage dieses Hauses, direkt oberhalb des Skeena Rivers, ist unschlagbar. So stellt man sich Kanada vor! Die Unterkunft ist zwar nicht sehr groß, dafür hat man aber alles was man braucht. Sauberes Bad und bequemes Bett inclusive. Die Aussicht auf den Fluss und die Wälder und Berge im Hintergrund ist schon fast kitschig. Ich habe mir schon morgens um sieben Uhr einen Kaffee besorgt und habe diesen draußen vor diesem Panorama genossen. Herrlich! Das Frühstück ist ebenso besser als in den anderen Unterkünften die wir besuchten. Der Kaffee verdient endlich mal seinen Namen und die Gastgeberin bereitet alles frisch nach Kundenwunsch zu. Nach den ersten fünf Tagen endlich ein leckeres Frühstück. Hier könnte man tagelang bleiben, ohne etwas zu tun (ja, ....vielleicht etwas Angeln). Wir hätten noch viel länger bleiben können, mussten aber leider schon wieder weiter.

Diese Lodge liegt außerhalb von Terrace direkt am Skeena River. Auf der Terrasse hat man den Fluß weit in beiden Richtungen im Blick - super. Die Unterkunft ist zweckmäßig und sauber. Das Highligth ist das morgentliche Frühstück … persönlich von der Gastgeberin zubereitet … mit selbgebackenen, frischen Blaubeer-Muffins.
