Don’t forget Vista is the climatic wonderland of the USA with average temperatures in the low to mid 70’s year round. Vista is also the Brewery capital of the USA per capita!! Vista is also one of the best places to raise a family in the USA. You will appreciate the location the people and the weather. It’s the best in the west!Getting Around:You are walking distance to bus stops & shopping and close to the 78 highway and I-5 freeway. Your down the street from the Vista Court House and minutes to Tri-City Hospital if your a traveling nurse this is a perfect spot.There is plenty of free parking on site.Other Things to Note:The property is located on a busy street but is set back from the road however if you have a dog or young kids you’ll want to keep an eye out because it is a busy road. We are currently having private gates designed for the front entry but for now there are no gates. Check out the drone photos on the listing. I stayed with my grandkids and dog and they were just fine but each family and pets react differently.
