You can jump on the freeway and be at the beach in less than 10 minutes! Be at Disneyland in less than an hour, or head to Legoland in less than 15 minutes. Centrally located to all the reasons one would travel to southern CA. Don’t forget Vista is the climatic wonderland of the USA, with average temperatures in the low to mid-70s year-round. Although the house is set high from the road, you need to be aware that there may be some traffic noise at the front of the property.
