This gorgeous house has been tastefully renovated and named for its beautiful Hickory Floors. While the home appears large, it is quite cozy inside. The main floor boasts two bedrooms ( 1 king bed and 1 queen bed ) , one bath and an open kitchen/dining/living space. There is a small screened in porch off the living room and a gorgeous wrap around deck ( with table/umbrella for 8, available during the summer/fall season) and a grill. There are two fireplaces available for use, one on the main floor and one on the lower level. The lower level is a second lounge area with T.V. that has the feel of an old English pub, only without the pub part. It is a great hangout with foosball table. Upstairs you will find the third bedroom with 2 bunk twin beds and one single twin bed. There is also a catwalk with additional seating to enjoy coffee while taking in the beautiful mountain view.Nature abounds on this peaceful property. You'll love the flexibility of being able to go out or stay in to cook. The kitchen has pots, pans, plates, glassware, utensils. If you're unsure about what we might have, please feel free to reach out. The range and oven offer the ability to whip up a meal for ten or a beautiful brunch to be enjoyed on the deck. We provide a coffeemaker, toaster, and microwave.Should I bring linens or towels?• Nobody wants to travel with their sheets and pillowcases. There is a fire pit available for use.• Guests will not have access to the garage. But there is a covered carport for a boat or toy hauler.• Quiet hours in this location start at 10 p.m. and are strictly enforced. Please note that any violation of this rule will be reported to the authorities by local residents. Violations will result in loss of security deposit.• There isn’t direct access to the lake at this location. The closest access is the public beach which is a couple min walk.• The third floor does require guests to climb steep stairs. Please see the house layout to ensure it will be suitable for your getaway.• There is a window a/c unit for the third floor bedroom. There isn’t air conditioning in any other space in the house (however, there are fans throughout). • For winter skiers and snowmobilers, we have a covered carport for your toys and we are located a short drive to some of NH’s best skiing!
