Hotels with Kitchen in San Miguel de Allende

"Hotel location is good, very close to the church in the center, there is a beautiful garden. The rooms are well decorated. Room 6 we stayed in. The room was large. But the bed was not good, although it was called a deluxe king bed. Actually I put a 1.8 * 2 meter mattress across. I mean the bed is only 1.8 meters long, if the height is high, the feet will hang out. Also, I do n’t know what the quilt material is, especially heavy. Finally, the front desk The taxi you called for is a bit of a scam: it is not a regular taxi, and the front desk tells the price of 70 yuan. (If it is called Uber it is 40. However, because our Uber has been unavailable in Mexico) the driver also told me to add money at the end. It seems to say It ’s luggage or something, and I did n’t fully understand it. Anyway, I refused it. The “black car” is a red Chevrolet. A tall man in a gray shirt. About 30 years old. Fortunately, I have prepared just enough money for him, otherwise It must have been hacked."

"Close to everything yet quiet. Beautifully maintained and very well managed Mexican-designed, flower-filled property with stunning views at reasonable prices. One of my best stays ever. I decided to visit San Miguel to get away during these crazy times. I was planning on staying with friends but they had a plumbing problem the day before I arrived. They found Casitas Aparicio for me because they knew I needed strong Internet so I could work by Zoom, which was very important. The owner Paula was very accommodating and helpful in setting everything up at the last minute. Not only was the internet strong but the rest of the place was fantastic. In my extensive travels over the years I have stayed at as many as 100 places. Casitas Aparicio is one of my favorites. For one, it is on the edge of the historic center, which is one of most beautiful I’ve ever seen. So it’s close to everything but on a small, one-way street that is just outside of the hustle and bustle. When entering from the door on the street you’d never know what beautiful place awaits you. The tree and flowering plant-lined floor is covered in Mexican Adobe -colored tile. There are 6 different 1 and 2 bedroom casitas on a few levels. I stayed in 2 separate units during my stay, most of the time in unit 6 at the top. The place was so nice, I decided to extend my stay in San Miguel for one month. The view from my terrace, as well as the delightful community terrace was stunning. The place is as well maintained as any I can remember and Isabel, Miguel and Cristina keep it spotless and the plants and flowers vibrant. The property manager Petra was always readily available when I did silly things like lock myself out of my room or my things in the safe. My stay was so delightful and the views so stunning that I ended up buying a house on the hill I overlooked from the terraces that show off the unparalleled beautiful climate of San Miguel. If I didn’t buy a house, I’d stay there every time I returned to San Miguel."

"I stayed here for 8 days as a solo traveler.  The location was perfect.  It was close to Centro, markets and sites; yet far enough away to be quiet and feel calm.  The lower level patio is beautiful and serene, while the upstairs patio provides a beautiful view of the countryside. It is very clean and Lupe cleaned my place daily with care and thoughtfulness.  I appreciated that she replaced something that wasn't working properly before I even had a chance to report it.  The staff (Jessica and Maria) are super kind and helpful, and always greets with a smile!  I highly recommend this place! "
