時代貿港應該説是一個不算大的機械工業倉儲貿易園區，地處太平立交橋的下方，開車出園區上立交可分別通往太平新城（大概5公里左右）安寧市區（大概10公里左右）可以説是一箇中轉地塊，符合其倉儲貿易特性。園區內有兩棟26層左右的公寓樓，多家民宿酒店位處其間，拾月民宿處於靠園區門一棟的6層，出電梯門右轉是一家公司，再右手邊向裏走即可見幾户門側掛着民宿招牌。打民宿電話，添加微信，發送門鎖密鑰，憑密鑰即可開門進入。內部典型居住型公寓設定，冰箱洗衣機電視電磁爐皆有。樓下有幾家餐館便利店。開車去太平新城逛奧特萊斯，去安寧市區逛公園商場都不遠。總體上來説，如果自駕，住這裏挺實惠，房費性價比高，園區不收停車費，有空位即停，離西山景區近。房內住宿夠用，設施稍舊，夜間偶有路車噪音，屋內網絡不太穩定，無紗窗開窗通風易進蚊子飛蟲。總體來説，好評吧。
