Great places to stay! It is quiet and the beds were comfortable. The room was clean and I felt bigger than other hotel rooms from the other competitors. The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of free parking. I would and will stay again!

Stayed at this new hotel for a hockey tournament. checked in (chaotic process… new staff?) and arrived to our room only to find out that the front desk gave away our assigned room! I had called three times in advance of our arrival to confirm our room as every time I called there was some confusion but I was assured the information was on file. clearly it was not. standard room was nice but not the larger deluxe room we reserved, and needed for our family of 5. staff at the front desk was apologetic at least but it didn’t change anything. ps free breakfast is a hole in the wall cubby-style area with meager offerings, and the pool is located in the adjoining hotel (it’s a bit of a trek) and is very small and run down and super echoey in there. bring ear plugs if you value your hearing.

I had a fantastic stay at Home2 Suites Kitchener! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but what truly stood out was the amazing breakfast team. They went above and beyond to accommodate my breakfast needs, and I truly appreciate their kindness and attentiveness. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and well-prepared every morning. Kudos to the entire breakfast team for their exceptional service and warm hospitality! I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning.
