One of the best hotel I have stayed in Japan recently. The hotel is new and everything is sparkling clean. Rooms are big and comes with luxury perks usually found in 5 stars hotel like L'Occitane toiletries, 60 inch LED TV, manicure sets (free), ice cubes in pre-packed, etc and not to mention the 2 private onsen (need to reserve online). For the price point, this is a steal. It is walking distance to main shopping street though most shops are closed by 5=6pm. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again.

It’s a value for money choice for a clean and modern hotel with spacious room, which is difficult to find at Karuizawa. Additional amenities and services such as bicycles rental and washing machines are offered at a very reasonable price. I would recommend anyone staying there.

The loft suite is warm and cozy, the boss is very kind, and the location is very quiet. The room is on the upper and lower floors. The split level makes the activity area larger. Sleeping upstairs is quieter and less likely to be disturbed by people downstairs.

I Like the cleanliness of the hotel. Room is spacious. The front desk staff could communicate in English. Good if you drive there. Else, it’s a distance from the train station. St Paul church is just opposite of the hotel. There’s also a Japanese shin nearby. There are good bakery shops nearby for breakfast. We were there on 2 weekdays and there’s not many people and not many shops open. The restaurant next to it serves good pasta and pizza. We had our 2 dinners settled there. Karuizawa is a beautiful place. You may have a morning jog nearby and it’s so serene running around.

Old hot spring hotel, a great experience! Although the facilities are old, they are very quiet at night and sleep well. The hot springs are also very good, there is outdoor bathing, comfortable! Actually package two meals, breakfast and dinner are traditional and wind cuisine, the first day dinner is salmon, the next day dinner is barbecue (like it is a cow)! I have been planning to come back in winter, summer summer, winter hot spring small residence. The price is really beautiful, praise 👍

The price is a bit expensive, and the hotel facilities are a bit old, but the service is very good. I will stay here next time I have the opportunity. The service staff are very enthusiastic and actively helped me heat the rice balls. Praise!
