Toshimaya Tsukihamanoyu

溫泉旅館的規模比較細，不過價錢亦相對便宜，餐食方面亦不錯，還有大海景觀。

Take the bus to JR Isohara Station, ask the sightseeing office to call the hotel and pick it up. The room is big enough, and the beach, embankment, and sea can be seen outside the window. The hot spring baths and private baths are very good, both in service and products. Worth coming again!

I went to Toshimaya Bessou Umi to Sora to, a sister inn of Toshimaya Tsukihama no Yu. It will open in April 2023. It is a villa-like inn with 6 rooms and ocean views, built along the seawall of the coast where the rough waves of the Pacific Ocean crash. On the terrace, which is about 10 tatami mats in size, there is a ceramic open-air bath with a diameter of about 1.5m, and it was great to be able to enjoy the hot water at any time. I was very satisfied after soaking in the bath four times while listening to the sound of the waves ^_^ Is the bed in the twin room a queen size? It is luxurious. Both dinner and breakfast were served in the room, and the seafood was delicious. I would like to go for a consecutive stay next time ^_^

My son, who had stayed there before, said that the hot spring was really good, not to mention the delicious food! So I was looking forward to it. However, the temperature was too hot and I couldn't relax in it. The outdoor bath was even hotter. Previously, there was a hotel in Oku-Nikko that I thought always had the best baths, but the owner told me that they always pay close attention to the temperature of the baths, adjusting it to 42 degrees, and that made sense to me. The quality of the water is also important for hot springs, but I think the most important thing is the temperature. The first thing that makes you think, "Wow, this is a great bath!" is that the right temperature is absolutely essential. The food was very delicious, and I was happy with the warm hospitality of the staff, but I hesitate to go in when I think of the baths being too hot. I hope that the next time I visit, the bath will be at the right temperature so that I can stretch my legs and relax.
