ホテルはとても清潔で快適でした。ただフロントが夜間無人で、タブレットでの対応なので、やや不親切感があります。タブレット通信で対応を求めたのですが、声が小さいと言われ通信を一方的に遮断されました。あとは、全く問題なかったです。

2人で3泊4日で宿泊させていただきました。
お部屋も綺麗で景色も良く、アミニティも豊富でした。また、隅々まで清掃が行き届いていました。
時期によるかもしれませんが、他の宿泊者と出会うこともあまりなく気を使うことなく過ごすことができました。

Great vibes and environment.
Might be slightly challenging if you are driving but a great place to stay away from the crowd during the snow festival. Very warm and welcoming staff nd decor, will definitely be back.

The space is spacious and has a big bathtub. A bottle of delicious wine was given upon check-in. However, check-in was a little troublesome as there was no one at the front desk and you had to check in by yourself. Another small drawback is that there is no luggage storage.
There is a hamburger shop on the way to the station. The food is super delicious, so you can go there without worrying about it! There is a laundry and convenience store opposite the hotel, which is very convenient. The restaurant has a nice view and atmosphere, and the taste is just okay.
