예약취소가 불가능한 상태로 갑작스레 시설 휴관 공지를 받았습니다. 그로인해 기타히로시마역에서의 셔틀버스 운행 횟수가 줄어서 체크인 체크아웃 일정에 차질이 생겼습니다. (출퇴근 시간에만 운행) 내부 시설도 온천을 제외하곤 전부 운영되지 않고 있었으며 편의점이 존재하지 않아 도보로 30분 거리의 편의점을 이용할수밖에 없었습니다.
객실 상태는 최상급이었으며 필드가 보이는 뷰도 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 직원도 아주 친절하세 맞이해주었습니다.

On the last day of my trip to Hokkaido, I wanted to have a special experience, so I made a reservation at the Tower eleven hotel located inside Escon Field. Perhaps because it was recently opened, the facilities were excellent and I was able to rest comfortably.

家族で宿泊しました。小さな子供を連れて行きましたが、スノーパークではそり遊びを楽しみ、スキーレッスンも受けることができました。子供たちも大喜びで、冬ならではの素敵な体験ができました。
遊んだ後は温泉でしっかり温まり、親もリラックス。ホテルの設備やサービスも充実しており、快適に過ごせました。
冬なので野球の試合は見れませんでしたが、球場の雰囲気から人気の理由が伝わってきました。次回はシーズン中に訪れて、観戦も楽しみたいです！家族連れにおすすめのホテルです。

我們到棒球場後找入口找了很久，特別是晚上更難找，花了快一小時才知道怎麽進飯店。建議飯店在旅客入住前提供交通指南。
另一個不方便，是車子無法開到門口放下行李，必需從停車場爬一個長坡才能入住
