It is said to be the best hotel in the area, with large rooms and decent facilities. However, there is nothing to eat except fruits for breakfast, and the restaurant is even more disappointing. Considering that this is Africa, I haven't eaten anything good in other places in Kenya, so it's okay. At least it's safe and comfortable to stay.

Probably the best hotel in Kisumu. Convenient location. Was there for a work trip. Staff was courteous and professional. They had minor issues with printer and electricity shutdowns but nothing that was any kind of major inconvenience for my stay. Also enjoyed the restaurant menu.

We stayed here in February 2025, just for one night at the beginning of our birdwatching safari. Very comfortable and clean hotel. Friendly staff and great service. We enjoyed dinner at the rooftop bar, and the breakfast buffet was next-level good. Would definitely recommend to those looking for a more luxurious stay in Kisumu.

The cleanliness and ambience is 10/10 and this hotel has the most hospitable staff. I felt the warmth and helpfulness of all the staff from housekeepers, waiters, security and reception. I’ll definitely come back and recommend to others.
