If I would be able to rate 0 that’s the rating I’m giving this place. First I have arrived with my partner and I meet up with my sister husband and her children. Place not as clean as should be. 30 minutes later my partner stood outside on the far side of the entrance to use his vape, no signs to say it’s an allocated space around the corner where you can use your e-cigarette. The security guy came up to him to say this is not the designated area to use the vape and told him very rude and arrogant manner to go around and use it there , which he did ( only speaks English but he figured it out he can’t use it there so followed him with no issues). After his return I been in a children’s pool with my niece no other children in the pool. He approached my partner again who’s not speaking English and explained how wrong we are and we should not be hanging out in the children’s pool as we don’t have children, yes we do have my niece with us. Before he’s asking questions he aggressively approached and rudely applied we where there to break the rules and we are in the wrong and should be reading the sign which is only in Hungarian and small written to say if gets too busy adults should be only supervised the children from the side. I did ask for a manager as I didn’t appreciate his trying to imply we were just hanging around the children’s pool with any bad intentions. I’m a child protection officer in the UK and definitely not been accused with anything like this in the past. I’m so so disappointed as it’s not been a manager ( apart from the guy from the reception who tried his very best to help the situation) to listen to you and deal with the complaint. I’m mortified about the situation as from there on the life guard / security guy followed us all the way to the bar area, outside or from pool to pool which was very uncomfortable and petrifying for us as a couple. My other niece she’s autistic and picked up the wide where this guy followed us everywhere just made this experience very discriminating unfortunately we won’t be back and we just tried to put a face on for the children but I could have been crying. I have never thought this could have happened and no apologies just very arrogant attitude towards us like criminals.
