Lägenhet Classic (3 sovrum/6 bäddar)
Plus: Stort, rymlig och mycket förvaring. Fräscht badrum. Välstädat och rent över lag. Läget, var perfekt, väldigt nära mässan/gångavstånd 5 minuter. Lätt att ta sig till T-bana för vidare resa in mot Sthlm central. Trevlig personal. Skönt med kodlås och att slippa hålla på med nyckelkort och utcheckning m.m.
Minus:
Inredning - Det var för lite galgar. Soffans ena sida var trasig och golvlampan hade glappkontakt.
Städning - Ej dammsuget under soffan. Vi flyttade soffan lite för att centrera den framför TV:n och då låg det dammråttor och gamla pommes frites där. Filten och kuddfodralen behöver tvättas för filten luktar unket och kuddarna är fläckiga.
Frukost: Trångt och väldigt stimmigt vid frukosten, det saknades servetter, bestick och brickor hela tiden så man fick springa många gånger fram och tillbaka. Köp in mer! Betalade för riktigt kaffe men maskinen fungerade inte. Fick inte pengarna tillbaka. Receptionisten fick inte heller igång maskinen.
Parkering: Ingen information om parkering! Fick dubbla p-böter på 900kr st, surt...
Men överlag är vi ändå nöjda. Boende uppfyllde ändå grundkriteringarna. Vi sov gott, vi blev mätta, det var nära till mässan och det var gott om utrymme.

Microwave oven in the room does not work, one of light does not work. I got fine 625sek from them only for not taking gabage down, because I didn't get this information during booking, their answer is I need to check every details on their website to get information.

The service was great but the apartment was very dirty and run down. Very noisy, you could hear people closing and opening doors in the night.

Die Küche war nicht sehr sauber, hat für uns aber keine weiteren Auswirkungen gehabt. Der Rest des Apartments war für uns in Ordnung, reichlich Platz für 5 Personen. Das Frühstück war gut, dürfte aber etwas mehr Auswahl haben.

Enkelt lägenhetshotell. Men det gick knappt att laga mat på rummet. Blev osigt, spisen blev varm vid reglagen och det fanns inga öppningsbara fönster. Pinnstolar som var rangliga. Inga extra kuddar kunde erbjudas. Men bra med två separata sovrum samt ett kök. Bra gym, pingisbord och bastu att boka. Närhet till Kista galleria och Helenelunds station. Går bra att åka kollektivt till/från Arlanda.

Great to have breakfast again, and be close to a large shopping mall . 10 min brisk walk to the subway that takes you to middle of town in 20 min or less .
My room was clean and efficient . It is quiet in the hotel , and I felt safe.
