Очень хороший отель. Расположение удобное - до метро идти 10 минут, до центра ехать 15 минут. По цене было выгоднее остановиться в этом отеле и купить проездной на 3 дня, чем выбрать отель в центре, а ездить бы все равно приходилось. Ещё плюс - рядом с метро находится остановка экспресс автобуса в аэропорт, который втрое дешевле, чем экспресс поезд в аэропорт. Сам отель современный, есть бесплатные развлечения в холле. Номер минималистичный. Воспользовались прачечной самообслуживания - очень удобно и не дорого. Завтрак не особо разнообразный, все 3 дня ели одно и то же, но в целом довольно хороший. Кровать удобная. Единственный минус - окна не открываются, а регулировать температуру в номере практически невозможно - ночами было прохладно, но при этом душно.

The room decor is very dreary with dull colors that do not create a pleasant atmosphere. Despite the availability of room service, I do not feel that the value matches the price paid. I would rather stay somewhere with a higher quality experience. The lighting in the room is also dim, signaling a need for the management to update their business concept.

Very very friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, cozy beds, great view to the street, good location (metro station is very close!). The breakfast is abundant, we loved it so much, especially the roasted mushroom, which was so delicious! Comfort Hotel Kista is AWESOME. If someday we'd visit Stockholm once again, we wouldn't choose another hotel. Tack så mycket!

Camera confortevole e grande. La colazione sia dolce che salata è fantastica. Lo staff sempre disponibile e sorridente. Si raggiunge l’hotel con soli 15 min di metro dal centro e dista a pochi minuti da un centro commerciale dove c’è un supermercato e cibo di ogni nazionalità. Ho adorato Stoccolma e sicuramente l’hotel ha fatto la sua parte

Merci beaucoup à tout le personnel pour leur accueil, leur gentillesse ! Nous ne parlons pas très bien l’anglais et l’équipe nous parlait doucement et reformulait si besoin, je recommande ! L’hôtel est bien situé, à proximité du métro Kista où nous pouvons rejoindre le centre de Stockholm en moins de 30min ! Nous retournerons avec plaisir en Suède

Price vs. value not as expected. 2000SEK for one night, but I had to do the check-in by myself (if I want to do computer programming, I will go to my office and do Python, C## etc. but in a hotel I appreciate to be welcomed by a human person and not a tablet). Rooms are very tiny, beds not very comfortable and when check-out it was not possible to put my company address on the invoice. there are countries where tax legislation requires this. Breakfeast was ok, but also here, I had to clean my table. Sorry, I do not mind to do some work by myself, but for a 2000SEK price I expect some better service.

We stayed here for a 3-day vacation. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was rich and varied and the staff always friendly and qualified. Hotel is really near to the metro station, so it's convenient for travel.
