we booked this hotel for my birthday. I have been to Paphos several times but this was my favourite hotel so far. Firstly, I have to say a big thank you to all the bar staff, this includes the lovely Niamh, Athena, Vassy & the funny Luca with the perfectly dry sense of humour!! Superfast and crazy young [slim/tall] blonde waiter who's name I cannot remember, sorry. But all of them were so kind nd funny, nothing was a problem. Restaurant food was better than some of the buffets I have experienced in Paphos, even higher stars they did not compete. Fresh meats, lamb, beef and fish changing. Lovely salads as always but also, the staff again so friendly and helpful. I unfortunately, found the two blonde Russian ladies (I believe they were Russian, Receptionists) to be abrupt and rude! but all other receptionists were lovely. Fresh towels every two days for the pools, the rooms were immaculate!! Fresh towels every day, room cleaned every day. We had a suite overlooking the pool/sunset; always a beautiful sunset there at that part of the Ireland. We had 11 days of relaxing and a good laugh in the bar!! Cats were all very well looked after and kept out of restaurant & Bar but treated well. Had a great time! Thank you x

Just returned today from a week at the Theo Sunset Bay Hotel. What a wonderful week. We hadn’t stayed at this hotel before but will definitely be doing so again. The staff couldn’t do enough for us. The room was lovely and big and we got our sea view as requested. Absolutely brilliant week

This is my second visit in the year,(February 2024 and many times before),the maestro of this orchestra continues to be the same good and even better. So friendly staff,from my telephone contact with the reservation, Angela,so friendly and professional. The room I have received in the top floor of the mains building, straight away a seaview from your bed, veranda and hearing the sound of the waves of the sea.(Many thanks Dear Angela and the rest staff for the whole arrangement for my special event). We were Half-board. What to say about the breakfast and Dinner. Amazing food, such a big and quality variety of food. Fresh pancakes,no greasy food, theme nights,fresh soup, beginning your festive meal and desserts(I believe in a fully booked hotel the only Cypriots enjoying my lovely Cyprus Machalepi with rosewater,not a better way to finish your dinner). Value for money Hotel,even the Indian jasmine flower,the garden of the hotel is full of this plant, having them in your room every day, this beautiful smell adds on in the whole value and atmosphere that this hotel is giving you.

Have stayed here on several occasions and the service just keeps getting better! The hospitality staff are amazing, so friendly attentive, the housekeeping team work so hard to do an amazing job. My only issue was the lady who handed out the towels/lifeguard I found her to be quite hostile and a little aggressive at times! The reception team are so helpful with helping to book day trips, hire cars, taxis etc, they really do go above and beyond! You guys are amazing and we’ll be seeing you next year x

For 6 of us, grandparents, parents and 2 little ones we booked the villa. What a great choice. Huge amount of space, breakfast and all the services of the hotel included. The bonus — its own good sized pool. The staff were welcoming and efficient. Any issues were dealt with quickly and with a smile. Food in the main restaurant was fine. Not fine dining but more than adequate. Good choices. The bar had its own menu. Would definitely go back.
