The breakfast was particularly good, lots of choice and excellent service. The breakfast supervisor has it running like clockwork.
The hotel in general is excellent at customer service- very personable and chatty.

Arrived for 1 week at 11pm and met after waiting 15 minutes by an extremely rude and unwelcome chap. Checked us in with an attitude and unfortunately found this to be case of most of the staff apart from one stand out star namely Donna. Very helpful indeed. Good job she was around in the dining area to ask anything. She is far too good for this hotel. Positives Housekeeping good apart from not topping up mini bar and tea/coffee. Hotel spotlessly clean. Pool nice and clean. Good location for a very good bus service Nice sea view room with comfortable bed Negatives Rude and miserable staff Food very average and warm at best Local beer Keo not included in A/I which i found remarkable All lager was nasty - flat very quick Staff keep asking for room number every time you go bar - annoying as guests not allocated a wrist band Entertainment not even amateurs - very poor indeed Very little to do in hotel. I read reviews before I came away and in future won't bother because people are deluded about this hotel. It's a very poorly managed hotel and would put anybody off coming here. Not very accommodating when asking to pay extra for room on departure.

We spent 1 week here with our two boys, aged 8 and 11 and we had the best time. Food was of excellent quality and very tasty. Staff great. Big shout out to Donna, such a warm lovely person so willing to help. Anna at the pool bar is also lovely, Costas and George. Our youngest has a dairy intolerance and George the hotel manager went out of his way to arrange lemon sorbet for him so he didn’t miss out on dessert. Bravo!! It with be good to provide clean towels each day for the pool rather than a EUR 2.50 charge for replacement but this is minor and we will defo return. There are always snags with any holiday if you try hard enough to focus on the imperfections. I say go for it. You do t be disappointed!
