The breakfast was particularly good, lots of choice and excellent service. The breakfast supervisor has it running like clockwork.  The hotel in general is excellent at customer service- very personable and chatty.

The beach is public and the bar there is from other hotel. Breakfasts every days was the same.

We have just returned from a week's holiday in Cyprus, and while paphas was really beautiful the highlight of our holiday was the beautiful Queens Bay Hotel. From the very beginning we were made to feel welcome even though we arrived at 2.30 in the morning. Reception has someone present 24hrs a day and they are always plesent. We were booked half board but arrived too late for dinner so they kindly gave us a voucher for lunch the next day. The food was some of the best I have ever experienced. Breakfast, lunch and dinner there was always something for everybody. We always book B&B but went half board this time on a friend's recommendation and were so happy we did as there is very little in the area outside of the hotel. A supermarket, pharmacy and little gift store but no bars or restaurants so we were happy to have dinner at the hotel. The weather was amazing and reached 35° most days. The pool area is large with lots of beds but we preferred the garden area at the back of the hotel as it was so peaceful and the view was amazing. There is also an inside pool near the gardens so it was easy to cool down. They don't accept cash at the pool bar just card or charge to the room. The staff were so kind and helpful and while very pleasant and chatty they were also always professional, we were especially impressed by Rumba and Natasha who really looked after us. The bus service in paphas is excellent and very easy and affordable to use. We will definitely return to Cyprus and wouldn't hesitate to stay at Queens bay hotel again. Thank you for a great holiday

First time visit to Cyprus. Arrived very early hours of the morning, very easy check in and a nice sandwich and fruit was waiting that was very welcome. The room was modern and well equipped. Plenty of wall sockets and a very very good fridge. The pool area was very nice clean and not too big. Plenty of sunbeds around the garden area. Easy access to the sea a very nice little bay. First night dining was fantastic, very organised with tables outside as well as in doors. We opted to eat outside. Food was very good and plenty to choose from. The staff were amazing very friendly, always asked how your day was etc. I really looked forward to dinner. Breakfast was a bit busy but again organised with a very nice selection, even had porridge and was very good. Pool bar snacks and lunch was also very good. I would highly recommend this hotel. I would like to thank the staff for making our stay memorable in all the right ways.

Let me share my wonderful experience at the Queens Bay Hotel! The staff truly impressed us with their exceptional service from the moment we arrived. Everyone from the front desk to the housekeeping and management staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The rooms were spotless, with fresh sheets and meticulous cleaning that made us feel at home. Dining was a highlight of our stay! Each evening featured a delightful themed dinner, from Mexican and Greek to Asian and Italian cuisines, which left us eager to taste what was next. Breakfast offered many choices, making it a perfect start to our day. We wholeheartedly recommend the half-board option; it’s absolutely worth it! The location is fantastic. It's just a 30-minute drive from Paphos airport, and numerous mini supermarkets are within walking distance. Plus, a convenient bus stop is nearby, and the hotel helps arrange excursions with easy pick-up and drop-off. And let’s not forget the breathtaking views! The hotel boasts incredible sea views and offers indoor and outdoor pools and lovely walking paths. We’re already planning our next stay!
