Scrambled eggs are served for breakfast, and there are one or two more kinds than other hotels, so it's delicious and nice. The location is good, so it's okay to go to Disney World. However, since it's American style, the sausage is too salty... I'm very satisfied with the breakfast and the location~~ I think it would be nice to visit again.

The hotel is not good now. It is just a coach house, disguised as a suite hotel. The hygiene is very poor, garbage is everywhere at the door, and the key is that it is not soundproof, just a coach house. The so-called lake view is a joke. You can't see it in the bedroom. The place is near the disney but u have to use shuttle bus which is no on time at all for pick up or drop off. The worst when we back from the park, late about a hour. Beside the bus, It hard to call the hotel because all the staff will not answer the phone. I do make a mistake booked at 11 june and i try to call the hotel at the day before about it. Dont mind if they cannot modify my reservation. But sadly when i come at 12 june in the morning. The reception said that all my booked is cancel. I have to show them about my recent call the day before and they want me to make sure if i do made a phone call to confirm the day before or they will cancel all my reservation at that hotel. I m sure will not come back to that hotel.

I found the hotel excellent value. We had a room with 2 double beds on the ground floor and it was quiet at all times. The room was well serviced and the maid was extremely nice. The room was very clean. However it could do with renewed carpets or indeed some other kind of flooring. The breakfast was plentiful and the breakfast area was again kept very clean. The tea/ coffee and juice machines were on all day and we used them instead of the coffee machine in the room. Jorge Arevalo on the desk was extremely friendly and very polite and helpful. The location was excellent for Disney and other places including Premium Outlets and Celebration for a lovely walk or jog. Parking is easy and there are timed shuttles to the parks and back. All in all the hotel is extremely good value for money and I would stay there again.

They disabled the front door during a storm and we got poured on in the rain screaming and pounding on the door. I finally had to pry open the doors manually. Front desk staff didn’t acknowledge or apologize. You couldn’t pay me to stay here ever again thank God only one night.

en junio y aun sigo esperando que me devuelvan el abusivo deposito de 100USD que me cobraron por nda , persimo servicio , oleres a viejo , habitaciones uscias, y pedi el cambio por daño del heater , y no , casi nos cangelamos con mi hijo de 7 años, terrible, y nadie da razon y no responde, desayuion horible, todos los dias la misma masa de imitacion a huevo
