our stay was amazing minus the condensation pipe leaking in the laundry room

We rented through Vacasa and the keyless entry was ten digits. It took an hour to get in when we first arrived. It was a rarity when it worked the first time. The people above us were loud all the time but especially at night after quiet hour. Vacasa did not address this concern at all. The property itself is very nice. The rooms were clean. Queen mattress needs replacing. Springs are broken, they gave us an egg crate to put on top which did help. Pool area is great. Sadly, there is no onsite management. We have stayed here many times but doubtful we'll be back after this last stay.

It was spacious and felt like you were at home

Caribe Cove - can be a hit or miss Caribe Cove can be a hit or miss depending upon the apartment you are staying at and how well the owner is maintaining it. Our 5 nights stay was pretty bad and complained about state of apartment to the property manager who promised to fix things but never did anything. Our apartment had extremely filthy and old carpet and sofa cushions that you don’t want to step bare feet on the carpet or sit on the couch. Sagging spring mattress in the master bedroom which was extremely comfortable to sleep. Rusting bathtub in one bathroom which made it unsuitable to use. Internet and any TVs did not work at all during our 5 night stay. Hot water was only enough for one person to shower and the next person had to wait at least 15 minutes for hot shower. Not enough toiletries. Full Kitchen which was good with enough utensils and silverware. Located near the parks and safe and convenient location for shopping and dining.

Condo is spacious, beds aren’t comfortable but for the price it’s understandable. If they could change the mattress would be amazing! Pool area is really nice.
